Black and maple 2003 Fender US Precision Bass with original case. This instrument was my main bass for some time but a tendon issue means I’ve switched to a slimmer necked Musicman. The Precision weighs around 4.1kgs and is in great condition. The nut was replaced some years ago by Jack’s instruments repairs in Manchester. It’s the version with graphite rods and the S1 switch but this was bypassed and a normal pot replaced the switch - I’ll include the original so that it can be restored to stock. The original case booklets are included. The case has a few stickers on it but is sound. The bass is wonderful I have nearly sold it a couple of times but changed my mind but it hasn’t been played since I got my Musicman and I have an older P bass that has the sentimental attachment. There are scuffs and dings and one touched up spot near the strap button - as pictured. Neck is lovely with two minor dings and the trussrod turns and works as it ought to. There is a little lacquer chip and a hairline crack at the fingerboard end where the trussrod access is - this has been checked and it is cosmetic only. I may regret selling this one as it’s been the best modern era Precision I have owned. No trades, pickup preferred. I can post but at cost to buyer. A lovely USA Precision for under £800!

Dropped price to £1,000 as I've got my eye on another Aerodyne, if that goes the price will be going back up. Dingwall D-Roc 4, bought new in January from Bassdirect. Only selling as I don't get on with the fanned frets/longer scale length. No marks on it at all, so it is essentially like new. The gigbag is a solid affair that is provided by Dingwall when bought new. I'm willing to listen to sensible cash offers. So after wanting a stingray for many years and finally picking one up last year, I’ve realised I’m not an active bass guy (you live & learn!). Although I was initially blown away by the tone, I soon found myself reaching for my p or j bass instead. This bass has been in its case for months now and is not getting any use hence the sale. The guy who had it before me was a collector and I don’t think it’s had that much use. Certainly is in great condition. after about a week of having it I stupidly managed to chip a bit of paint below the battery compartment (see photo). Other than that it’s great! Collection only.

The cab is in excellent condition - a few minor marks from usage (mainly on knuckle corners) - this cab certainly hasn't been hammered and looks pretty much new. Built to the usual, ultra-high SD spec. - fit and finish is outstanding. I think these are around £650 (possibly £695) new, so £295 seems more than fair really. As above, I can ship in the UK for £300. Very easy one-hand lift/carry with the recessed handle on top. I just haven't used the cab and it's taking-up space. You'll never need another cabinet other than this one. It handles 700 watts of power @4 ohms. I've been running this with an Aguilar Tone Hammer 350 and club gigs, wedding, and general casual gigs I would never need anything else. This cabinet is "brand new", I just prefer the vertical 2x10 that Jorg made for me so this little guy needs a new home. I'm selling this for £500 cash!!! If you ordered this from Schroeder you would pay $799 pus shipping ($195) as this one was custom made for me to handle 700 watts RMS. So, in pounds you would pay £829.76! With that in mind, you are saving £329.76 straight out of the gate. It also has a heavy duty Titanium bullet tweeter at 200watts RMS. Hi everyone, I’ve decided to list my old P Bass in favour of something a little more traditional, perhaps with a sunburst and rosewood flavour. Not a desperate sale by any means, but I have a strict 1 in 1 out policy. As you can see, it’s a great example of an old school ash-body, maple-board P Bass. Ready for punk and indie, but can handle soulful RnB all the same. A player’s instrument with the following mods: Nordstrand NP4 pickup - Arguably the best pickup for a P Bass.. BadassII bridge installed at some point - Just the badass-est bridge ever! CTS pots - The originals probably wore out. For me, this just ensures the bass works. In 2020 (amidst all the chaos) I had the bass refretted, and as a result it plays like a dream. I have used Daddario Chromes solidly, meaning there is no wear whatsoever. The body has some wear where a previous owner had fitted and removed a thumb rest, and the neck has some areas where the finish has come away, but this is no way affects playability. I know the important question with basses from the era is the weight, which in this case is a healthy 5.3Kg. I am looking for a sale at this point, but if there is a nice sunburst P Bass out there, I am prepared to exchange with cash your way if needed. SOLD AND GONE. Selling this lovely Fender Urge ii Stu Hamm bass. I have owned this for years and years and it's a wonderfully sounding instrument with IMHO the best neck Fender ever put on a bass. It's somewhere between a J and a P with an oval profile that is really comfy. The only reason I'm selling is because it's 4.1kg / 9lb in weight and my medical issues mean I can't cope with that anymore. Another unique thing about the bass is the pickup arrangement. It's Jazz / Precision / Jazz with a very clever switching arrangement that controls all 3. With the switch at the rear it is just a J as you'd expect, with a balance / pan control. With the switch in the front position it is just a P. The balance control does nothing. In the middle it's all 3 pickups on - but with the Jazz pickups still controlled by the balance. So you can have Full JPJ. Or you can have the neck J with the P. Or the P with the bridge J. There's a great preamp system too that is very powerful. It's 34 inch scale and the finish is far more metallic in person. The bass is 16 years old so of course there are some little marks here and there, but so far I haven't been able to photograph them. Marks you can see in the pics are reflections from the room. I'll get outside later to take some more. It's currently got some very dusty D'Addario Pro Steels on it (40-100 iirc) but I will stick some fresh strings on - probably 45s as that's what I have. I'll finally get to use the Dunlop polish set I got for christmas too! When I got it used at least 10 years ago I didn't get a case or a bag with it, so it's collection only from Northants. I'm looking for about £1250 ono. The only trades I would consider would be Sandberg Superlights - ideally a very lightweight 5 string example, but any Superlights would interest me. EDIT - I've had some trade offers but they've all been too heavy. Max weight for trades is 3kg. So it's really only Sandberg Superlights as I don't think there's anything else that light. I'll try and do a bit of video when I get the chance. ta

For sale is my beautiful and very underplayed Starfire. Late 90s, MIK, DeArmond USA pickups, it’s an absolute stunner. Fabulous low action with a brand new set of D’Addario tapes, it’s in beautiful condition, looks and sounds amazing and comes in a fabulous Tribal Planet case. *Trade options…. with a new rock project in the pipeline, I need something more suitable, so Yamaha, Ibanez etc….. I work all over the country, so delivery to you (within reason) or meet up somewhere is preferred over postage.

I had both 😂 The ‘Chuck’ was a tobacco burst. I think went to Scandinavia.
