Sam clearly was a very decent human. I believe her contribution to NHS as well as BC will be remembered.

Very sad news indeed,  Sam was one of the first BC'ers to welcome me and always took the time to help me out.  A very sad loss indeed.

That's right and I hope they are now together happy again.
