"Must be committed" - there is more than one way to interpret that.

"Label interest" - well we've all been reduced to reading the label at some point

"Me and the singer write all the songs, but you'll be expected to make a creative contribution"

"We all think we can really make this thing happen".

Another real advert

I want to start a quo tribute band. Looking to start out playing pubs and then mabye touring in the future. I`m 16,age range 14-19.

Whilst I admire his thinking, he may have a slight problem getting into the pub to play the gig.

False beard anyone?

Age immaterial always puts me off, smacks of desperate. Of course it matters. I wouldnt want to gig with 18 year olds any more than they would want me cramping their style.

I'm 20 and I much prefer playing in bands with older memebers. find it's always much more professional and quite frankly I learn a lot more from playing with people with more experience.

.....and for different types of bands one after the other: keep pulling the musician fruit machine handle until you get three lemons? (Let's have those jokes now, folks!)

When I was 17 I was auditioned ( failed) by a pub band which was actually named after the Local where they did most of their gigs.

I would have been the oldest member by 2 years.

That was in 1975 and they were all better musicians then than I am now.
