I want to buy a new record so I have to choose wisely given the expense, so a vinyl version of an old fave is what will get me to put my hand in my pocket. Reggaebass Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Great question and not an easy one, there’s so many but 2 that spring to mind are, Guess Who's Coming to Dinner-Black Uhuru, Robbie Shakespeare at his best I’d say, And rather than pick one particular album I’ll say Legend , which is a compilation album by Bob Marley and the Wailers, every bassline by Aston Barrett was just perfect 5 Quote

I've only just bought the cd which is always on in the car, but it's next in the vinyl queue. It's not just good, it's had a real affect on me. Right album, right time... 2 Quote
