Finally acquired all the parts to my simple board.
Boss OC2
Keely Bassist Compressor
TU2
Pedaltrain Nano+

All powered by a Fueltank Jr.
My gigs don't really call for much more than some synthy OC2 stuff. Otherwise, just the compressor which I only got today, which will be an always on job. Very impressed with it so far, incredibly easy to dial in. Just got to get some velcro and mount the Fueltank underneath and then patch it all in. I've played the last two years with only a clip on tuner, but I'm really looking forward to having a simple but effective board again 😁

Nice! But you don't even really need the fuel tank! Put the three pedals on a Nano, and just daisy chain the power to the other two from the TU-2.

So I shifted around my main board to make things a little easier to get to, not pretty, but very versatile!

Signal chain is Bass -> DIY looper painted by Laura Bennett -> Line6 M5 -> OC-2 -> MXR Bass Envelope Filter -> COG Mini 66 in a larger enclosure painted by Claire Cousins -> back to looper -> amp. Powered by Diago with a Gigrig Timelord isolating the M5

Yeah that was the original plan but the Fueltank came up 2nd hand for £60 with the Pedaltrain and the compressor I was eyeing up before the Keeley needed 18v.

Ah ok gotcha. Wow that's a hungry compressor!

The latest update to my Temple Audio Trio 21 board, in a Pelican hard case (which even floats).

2 basses plug into the Providence with the Polytune in the tuner out, signal chain then is:
Keeley compressor Pro > COG Octaver > OneControl Buffer/Blender - Future Impact in Blend loop > Bearfoot BBO > Blackloop - with Darkglass B3K and Duality in right loop, left loop reserved for a Filter pedal (still deciding which) > Strymon Mobius for modulation (chorus, flanger, reverb etc).

Powered by a Voodoolabs PP2 and TRex Juicy Lucy, all fed by 1 power cable going into the side of the board.

It was one of those will run at 9v, but higher is ideal jobbies. Being compulsive I'd have gone 18v! As it happens, I'm really liking the Keeley. As an always on 4:1 compressor it just works. Very quiet, transparent and simple. I've got a Boss SD1 and CE5 somewhere too, might revisit those.

After a fair old while without a fixed setup, here's my current, messy, and now largely DIY setup -

Come now, you can't say they're mostly DIY and not tell us what they all are!

I just bought a Pedaltrain Metro 20 to house a few spare pedals but I got distracted and started messing about with some of my favourites, I ended up with this and I'm really happy with it. I'll be taking this board out for Saturday's gig. The phaser pedal is programmed for flange & chorus.

Line6 G30 > Polytune Mini > Catalinbread boost > COG Knightfall 66 > COG Grand Tarkin > 3 Leaf GR2 > COG T-16 octave > Source Audio Lunar phaser.

Out of curiosity, what is powering your board?

Guest FretNoMore

Looks like a Diago Powerstation and daisy-chained cables.

EDIT: Sorry, looked at the wrong picture ...

I'm using a Visual Sound 1Spot on this board. It's a 1700mA supply. And yes, the pedals are daisy chained.

I was planning on it, but i was sleepy, and i thought i'd leave you all with the tantalizing mystery...

By vauge colour descriptions because I find thinking of witty names for them all horrendously exhausting...

Gold with blue knobs - Animato clone with various mods (input cap selection, gate, on board blend)
Blue with black knobs - Mastotron clone with a few tweaks
Purple with White knobs - EQD Bit Commander (super synthy octave up/down fuzz) clone
Badly painted blue/yellow - Distortion/fuzz of my own design, though I'm still checking i haven't accidentally ripped it off...
Black with purple knobs - Heavily modded DOD FX-25
Bare metal with frenchy coloured knobs - Mid-fi deluxe pitch pirate clone
Green - Ross phaser clone
"Tremolopun" (I tried giving them all names at one point, it didn't last) - Tremulus lune with various mods
Bare metal with lots of tiny knobs - This is a basic sequencer, up to 8 steps though it can be set for any number except 4. The above four all have retro-macgueveryed inputs for their opto-couplers/OTAs to be driven by the the sequencer instead of their LFO. It works great with the opto ones, the OTA ones (the phaser/filter) are a bit more hit and miss.
Red with technocolour knobs that looks like it's been painted by a donkey suffering an embolism - Digital Delay with really deep modulation, started life as a DBA Echo Dream, but I had to heavily mod it to get it actually work (as far as I can tell the original design shouldn't work...)
Black with yellow paint - DBA Reverberation Machine clone, basically just a reverb brick with a really nice, grainy, unpredictable gain section
Orange - Noisegate to tame all the ridiculousness.

The boards changed since this but here's me stacking gain on top of the Cicada Fuzz

Here's the new layout with one pedal covered as I can't talk about it yet!

After getting to the point where I was running 2 boards together in order to accommodate all my pedals, I've decided to trim it down to just the stuff I REALLY need for the stuff we're playing.
So now it's just Snark tuner, Palmer Deepressor (always on compression to give it some punch), EHX Bass Soul Food (for anything that just needs a little subtle grit and some added harmonic content in the sound), Palmer Ubertreiber (for a more full on overdrive), EBS Octabass (when I need a bit of a synth sound - especially combined with both drives doubled up), Joyo Roll Boost (simple, clean volume boost for when I need a line to stand out).
Just received the Harley Benton Power Plant Junior to run it all off yesterday after my cheap and cheerful Chinese Caline PSU from Ebay started to make some funny noises!
