Roger2611 Posted May 31, 2013 Author Share Posted May 31, 2013 Some interesting comments and some pictures I wish I also could "unsee"! some comments relate to the sound and feel of the bass compared to the guitar which is not really what I was getting at, soundwise the bass can certainly be a lot sexier but, to me, that confuses the issue more, I think a Les Paul Guitar looks way better than it's bass equivilent, a 335 looks better than an EB2? but not such a clear cut example, the SG certainly looks less gorky than an EB3 and quite frankly the Gretsch Falcon bass leaves me totally cold, I have deliberately avoided the Fender range because that, to me, is a tougher call and I suppose one for the bass guitar would be the Musicman range where the guitars just seem to look like tiny toys compared to their bigger (better looking) brothers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
