SICbass Posted 46 minutes ago Posted 46 minutes ago Yes, with my Eastwood Classic 4, when I need some old-school thump. Quote
bassbiscuits Posted 23 minutes ago Posted 23 minutes ago Gigged a Mustang bass for ages until I sold it (stupidly) last year. Quote
Sté Posted 15 minutes ago Posted 15 minutes ago (edited) Not yet cause don't have a gig soon, but my U5 is now my #1. First run is a composition session with the band this upcoming weekend. I can't wait ! Short scale = A true revolution for me; and this one is awesome. Edited 14 minutes ago by Sté Quote
fretmeister Posted 14 minutes ago Posted 14 minutes ago Yes - either a Sandberg Lionel PJ or a Jim Deacon P. I play them a lot more than my long scale basses at the moment. Quote
Paul S Posted 7 minutes ago Posted 7 minutes ago Yup. Sold all my longscale basses a couple of years ago and moved to medium and short scale, mostly short scale. So they are what I gig with. Well, up until my band folded earlier in the year, anyway. I used whatever took my fancy from Gibson SG, Gibson LP Jnr DC, Eros EB-3, Danelectro Longhorn, Fender Mustang, Harley Benton Shorty. With no band currently or on the horizon these are now mostly gone - just the HB Shorty remains of my short scales. Quote
