Yes, I think it was @bubinga5 who may have shared it. Quality.

This video has more 'Round Robin(s)' than a £500 Sample Drum Library.

Effortless isn’t it. When someone does something so well it looks easy

My favourite bit is about 50 seconds in when the other bassist, probably crying inside, hides his bass under his chair.

Thanks so much for posting this, I hadn't come across him previously but am now hooked. Rare example of extraordinary groove, creativity and technical skill working so well in and complimenting the track  :)

I went to a clinic he did in London a few years ago. I could not understand why it was not a BC national conference.

thanks, enjoyed that..... showed chops etc but still worked for the music.

Would be good to hear a final mix of that with the choir more audible etc.

Sharay has been an inspiration to me for many years. His groove and feel are amazing and look so effortless.
whenever I’m feeling a little low, this video always picks me up and inspires me. I can only dream of being half the player he is, but he pushes me on 👍👍

When I grow up I hope to be able to extend the end of a phrase so that I land in the next one about 4 or 6 beats after the One and have it contribute to music and not sound like a mistake.

Sharay Reed's sublime playing on one of the greatest modern gospel albums ever recorded. imo.
