I've had three dealings with Dan over the last 18 months.  The first he did some customization work for me, to a high standard.  He was happy to tweak it to my preference, and with good communication throughout.  The second time, I sold him some stuff and that transaction went well and with good comms.  The most recent time, I committed to buy some items from him, getting as far as paying him - then my circumstances changed (the issue was 100% at my end) and when I explained what was going on, he had no problem in immediately reversing the transaction for me.  Anyone should have 100% confidence to deal with Dan - thanks!
