RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE

Just turned over from footie a while ago. Saw some ginger kid with tattoos on his arm(how many artists without them these days?). He played acoustic guitar and was on his own ,which takes bottle. Not my bag, but he got the crowd going. Who's the person , who's been sleeping rough? No! It can't be ! Robert plant?!? Give up now! Tedium beyond belief. Gold frappe were ok yesterday. Never heard much from them. Saw royal blood at last. Only on for 2songs, but were good. Metallica , although watered down now, still played a good set. They obviously played their safe songs, but did well. Just saw a band called dry the river. Tedium also.

Just thought I'd switch on and see who's on,& what's happening. Absolutely nothing! Ok, I have the sound off on my TV at the moment. I see some blonde woman, with rather large boots on talking to a bunch of guys. I then press the red button, and get tennis. Bbc3/4 not on yet. What has happened? Then I go back to bbc2, to see the manic street preachers being interviewed . Volume stays off, as I can't stand that band at all. I'll just watch metallica on the iplayer later. That'll do .

Could do worse than buy a Bluetooth soundbar. Btw; do not play CDs in DVD player. Sounds cack.

Thanks skol. I do indeed have irig(&garageband iPad ). I have looked at GarageBand iPad . The only thing I'm not sure of is how to extend the length of time recording on it. .it seems very short. I do have the free version of amplitube. Also audiobus, loopy hd( which I find fiddly). Will pm later i cheers;)

What I would like to do , in a nutshell, is to record some bass onto iPad , or Mac and be able to play that loop with apps such as maschine/launch pad . Do I need to buy a sampler? I have many apps on iPad . I also have akai Mac keyboard With pads. I want to do quick and easy loops. Need to just play the bass, rather than get put off by thinking of GarageBand etc. all the time . Sounds bizarre. Let me know Cheers

Nice job;) got me thinking back about 7/8 years ago. There was a headless bat bass made in Germany . Never looked anything like this, but I haven't seen any since.

Could try ch guitars. They stock loads of parts for basses/guitars etc.
