Angel Posted October 1 Posted October 1 Bought a ticket for Steve Hackett but it's not until Oct 2026! I don't get out much in my old age (62) but I may catch either of my two fave bands before then (Pendragon and Lifesigns) if possible. Quote
cetera Posted October 1 Posted October 1 Busy weekend coming up....! A friend's band at the Face Bar, Reading on Friday night, then Marc Martel (amazing American 'Freddie Mercury' soundalike) with his Queen tribute at Shepherds Bush Empire on Saturday night, then my Wife's wind quartet on Sunday afternoon in Guildford and finally(!!) the amazing nu-Yacht Rock kings 'Young Gun Silver Fox' on Sunday night up at Koko in Camden! Dazed Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago (edited) On the train home from seeing Pino Palladino and Blake Mills. Sat within touching distance although on the wrong side of the stage so didn’t see anything from the front. Cracking gig if a little low on crowd interaction. Got lucky post gig and managed to grab a very brief chat and handshake with them both as they bolted into a taxi avoiding the crowd waiting out front. Massive hands! 😄 Fender Mustang? Pair of jazz pups and a bunch of switches. Rob Allen 4 & 5 string and a Godin acoustic guitar or some sort. Blake Mills had some interesting guitars too Edited 19 hours ago by Dazed Quote

Dazm66 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Level 42 supported by Roachford tonight in Cambridge. If I’m honest, Roachford is the draw for me. Amazing songwriter and performer. Still, the other lot aren’t half bad too! 1 Quote
