Really pleased with cab and Neil seemed a really decent chap. Had to battle through loads of Brizzle City fans to get there, so seemed like I was in bandit country, but survived. Sadly it was delayed due to citylink being seriously inept. Neil fought valiantly with them and kept me informed every step of the way. Cab eventually arrived in the condition described.
