Not me playing - but I was asked to do some video. Not bad (I think?) for one man and two cameras.

Just a thought. I had an issue much the same. I was told it’s most likely the foot of the bridge is slightly offering an angle to the top face of the bass. This means you get a slight rattle’ in the bass/bridge/pickup interaction. If you can see it’s slightly out, perhaps sort that?

Michael Kelly is better known for their acoustics than their solid body electrics. I have played a few at local shops but never connected with any.

I'm not sure it I'm missing something or not without this here 'Facebook' thingie. If I am, I'm quite happy to.

Of course. Just wire the 4-pole pins 1+/- and job done.

I've posted this in A&C...apologies if in the wrong forum. Simple question....can I have a Speakon Cable with a 2 pole end, and 4 pole at the other? Only ask, as my Markbass amp needs 2 pole, and my backup, older MB cab, will only work either a 4 pole. It won't connect properly to the two unless I wiggle and hold it in!

A Mark Bass LM3 was my first “proper” amp, and although I didn’t know it at the time, it was very important in my bass playing development. They do sit well in a live band mix, really well. I’ve never seen a band, where the bassist was using MB gear, where I thought the bass could have sounded better. Gary at Promenade Music, who’s probably one of the greatest bass players in the north west, swears by them, and my god he sounds good live (could be the Marleaux too). I like them, and my LM3 is only a mile away, and I reckon if he wants to sell it, I might buy it back. The only reservation I have is related to service/repair, so I was prepared to throw it away if it went wrong. Rob
