Hi all, I had previous purchased 2 Wal Basses (Mk I & Mk II) on Basschat. My two reference members are WalbassUK (Paul) purchased his brilliant MK II, and Anthony Lewis (Tony) buying his passive MK I. I am selling my custom made Barcus single cut, 5 string (passive) with custom made Wal inspired humbuckers . Gregory Barcus is the brilliant Luthier from Minnesota, USA that handmade this custom beauty in 2013. I am parting with this beauty since I am playing my 4 strings all the time, and the Barcus stays safely in its original, well padded gig bag. The woods used on this bass are gorgeous and give tons of resonance. It has a reinforced , dual truss rod and I never seem to have to adjust the neck, even during climate changes. Built like a tank, but without a hefty weight. All USA made components. Super clean condition since I rarely played or required a 5 string. The sweet price included FREE shipping across the pond which I am sure you know how PRICEY shipping is, especially for a bass from the USA to the UK. It will be fully insured and very well packed. Definitely US. This came from a parts bass made by a Sadowsky employee. No real markings on it to identify as such. The pickups were scrubbed out and headstock left blank for fear of repercussions. I still have the neck - Brazillian rosewood fingerboard, Graphtech nut, Schaller tuners.

This is an amazing bass, I love Sterlings and the 5 is very special. This one looks a peach. A great price too. I'd jump at the chance if had the funds and didn't already have one. Anyone tempted should snap this up. GLWTS.

Fantastic cabs and for me, the HD is Bergantino's finest range, if not its lightest. I use the HD210 and it's very probably my favourite cab (and I've had a lot!)
