Not connected either to wifi or bluetooth. Inputs: - Stereo in from PC - plus a couple inputs from Zoom (for drums) and bass via GX10. Was coming through both speakers.

Oh thats really bad, I assumed you meant just like the occasional pop or click. Is it on one side or is it both? oh I see what you mean, it appears as a signal on all inputs. Are those inputs plugged into anything. It does rule out the speakers, and I would think it either has to be the power supply or the unit itself. Is it connected to any bluetooth / wifi at this point?

I work on a commercial basis with lots of the UK’s largest charities. Work organised by the charity mostly on commercial terms with a small (and discretionary) discount. We offer 25% off for example. There’s a big difference for fundraising events. These are typically organised by people to raise cash for a charity. These are often where you’ll be asked to work for free and organisation may not be as good.

Owned 72 Peavey basses, from all models released between 1978 and 2010. My 5 string DynaBass was some gunmetal grey finish. Can't say I was too impressed by Peavey's decision to stick a pickup designed for 4 string basses into a 5'er. Was the early 90's before they got around to having an actual 5 string pickup. 2nd gen DynaBass and 2nd gen TL-5 were improvements IMHO. Look how tight 5 strings are on the Ferrites compared to my 2nd Gen TL-5

Been seeing a lot of stuff on social media about this, and the release is on the 20th, but I got an early access email today. I don't think I'll get one, I use a Noble, but could be ideal for a smaller board. LUCE – light in Italian – is a studio-quality, transformer-based tube DI (Direct Injection) box; a unity-gain (1:1) tube preamplifier and active summing unit. The main purpose of a DI box is to convert an unbalanced, high-impedance instrument signal into a balanced, low-impedance signal — allowing long cable runs without interference and enabling direct connection to a mixing console or studio interface. Beyond that, LUCE also provides an additional unbalanced output that benefits from the tube circuit, plus an active summing stage that allows two instruments to be connected at once. All in a compact, pedalboard-friendly format. Inside the LUCE you’ll find one high-quality, low-noise ECC88/6922 tube and one OEP/Carnhill audio transformer, just like those found in legendary British consoles. SPECIFICATIONS

A USA-made Peavey bass is going to be a quality instrument. I've played the Palladium Bass they made for Jeff Berlin back in the early '90's and that was excellent. I wish I had bought one. They've become a bit of a cult classic on the used market and get snapped up very quickly. The same shop had a Rudy Sarzo signature model too, and that was also a very nice pro-level bass. Peavy basses have got a decent pedigree. I remember seeing Roger Glover playing a Peavey DynaBass four string with Deep Purple back in the '80's. John Taylor used Peavey Cirrus basses for a long time, and he's a good judge of a bass. Also, I don't know if anyone remembers a top London-based session player called Kevin Powell, used to play with Chris Rea, Midge Ure ect. Superb player. He used a Peavey TL 5 from the early '90's onwards as his main bass. Last time I saw him on some TV show or other about ten or fifteen years ago he was still using one.
