We have 4 of these and just stand them wherever there's space, they work a treat. No specialised stands or anything, just put them on the floor or on an amp or something. Worth every penny.

It's insane that such cheap stuff is so good. Saw them at a club and couldn't believe how effective they are.

I was looking rather for a rechargeable, autonomous version, to be placed freely anywhere, with no cabling. The effect looks good, so I'll keep on looking. :friends:

You could use a powerblock - admittedly you'd still need a cable between light and powerblock, but you wouldn't need a mains socket for it.

 

I've got five of them incoming for the grand total of £11 (two for £4.50 and a minimum order of £10), so need to think about how to power them.
