I'm not seeing that to be completely honest...

Two points.
1. The Spector is slightly saved by the fact that it has a black headstock and black controls. How wrong would it be with a white headstock and gold controls? Very.

2. I was referring to a white bathroom suite with gold taps, plug holes etc...

How about a trans black finish like my Euro 5LX?

I'm a Warwick guy therefore i have to hate Spectors, however that looks brilliant.

@Tonyf : That is really nice, although not for me to be honest.

@Kiwi : Its not exclusively for hair metal, although that's my roots. :) It will be used for pub covers band, and for regular metal band. I am thinking white though...

You want one like mine, I saw you staring longingly at it on Saturday night................and if you go off the natural finish paint it :-)
[/quote]Haha... I'll get Julian to paint it, he did a good job of the lounge, he must be good at basses too?

I just took delivery of a spector coda 5 deluxe in amber over maple top with birdseye maple fretboard.
I can safely say it is one of the best combinations of colours in a finish that ive ever seen. Totally cool.
Its propped in the stand so i can stare at it and its nearly too nice to play.
As for how it sounds? Well its pure effortless bliss on a 34" scale.
Go get some.
