  3. Thanks guys, there’s a few different places on this website, which one have you guys used?
  4. Glad it’s working for your band. I think it would be a pretty hard sell to my band...
  5. Thanks for all the help guys, I will be exploring all these avenues!
  6. Thanks, I will check that out.
  7. Does anyone know of any private rehearsal space that can be rented in central Scotland? My band like the idea of having our own space we can rent and leave our gear so we can rehearsal when we want instead of having to conform to time slots. Cheers
  8. +1 for the Gator Pro Go. I have the double version and it’s amazing!
  9. Typically my favourite gig I’ve played was last weekend. King Tuts in Glasgow. Packed house, great sound engineer, and the whole band were on it. Still buzzing!

  11. Mines sorts itself fairly quickly, the only issue mines had is it frequently thinks my E is a B...I can live with it though. If you can’t live with upside down letters, take it back.
  12. I though it was a great video, and it inspired another great video from Bob Reynolds.
  13. Gorgeous!
  14. The auto compression will be the amp stopping its self from getting damaged. As long as you still like the tone you should be ok.
  15. I agree about Prince’s undeniable talent and creativity, but I don’t think about classical instrumentalists and contemporary musicians in the same way at all. Although I agree that on a technical level many classical instrumentalists are incredible, especially when it comes to dynamics, they are often masters of their instruments as opposed to great musicians. Where as top contemporary musicians tend to have a greater understanding of music. The obvious exception here being classical composers.
  16. Wow! Everything you could want from a custom order! Great communication, top quality parts, excellent advice, great packaging, and incredibly quick turn around! If you need a new loom don’t think twice just order, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again!
  17. Bought a Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 from Martyn. Great description, great packaging, excellent communication, and incredibly fast delivery! Over all an amazing transaction, Thanks Martyn!
  18. Awesome, glad to hear it! Knowing the right people definitely makes a HUGE difference in the gigging world! And to be fair you usually have to pay to get the best agents, if it’s only a small fee you have won a watch!
  19. Get in contact with Chris from Alpher, and get him to build you your dream bass!
  20. I hope he gets them back! I will keep my eyes open!
  21. I agree! I can’t believe people actually make videos like that...I see almost no merit in it.
  22. I would recommend the MXR ISO Brick. Great power supply can do your 6 9V easy, but also has 2 18v, and 2 adjustable supplies too. It would future proof you to pretty much any pedal you could buy.
  23. I 2nd Dunlop Stainless Steel Superbrights. Brilliant strings!
  24. Hi folks. Hoping to get some advice. I have started to get some hum from my Tone Hammer DI. I use a MXR iso brick power supply using an 18v supply. I only seem to get a hum since I have added my Cali76 CB compressor (also 18v) to my signal chain. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks
  25. That is a stunning bass! Congrats!
