Just wanted to share my recent positive experience with Ultimate Ears
I have bought a replacement cable for my UE11 phones which, after a few gigs, started to fray and eventually the memory flex part split open, rendering it more or less unusable.
I was surprised by this as my previous cable lasted for 3 years without any issues.
I contacted Ultimate Ears and explained that I was disappointed in this, thinking it might have been a faulty or badly-made cable. I had bought the cable a few months ago and there was no warranty as such, and having paid £60 or so, naturally I lost a little confidence in the brand.
One of their Customer Support guys got back to me within a couple of days offering to send me a replacement cable free of charge. Needless to say, I am very impressed by this gesture and am happy to recommend Ultimate Ears again
