    Thanks! I think with the closure of the Matsumoku factory putting an end to the already dwindling glory days, they moved production to Korea with the quality taking a hit. The 90s seemed like a pretty rough period for Aria and it ended with them being a more budget friendly brand, opposed to the high end builders they once were. I hear the new SB’s are built quite nicely though!

    Finally saw Jazzbois tonight at Brick Lane Jazz Festival (Rough Trade East). Adds to the vibe seeing them perform in a record shop. They were a Youtube find about a year ago, and I've had them on repeat and been waiting to see when they come to London since. And talking to someone affiliated, I realised they were confirmed yesterday to play Jazz Cafe later this year...I am stoked!

    Jason Newstead played a 5 string a lot when he was in Metallica. I couldn't tell you which songs, though. I'm not really a fan of their music, just remember the basses. He's a very good bass player though, for sure.

    I'm using Alto TS408s for FOH and TS308s (previously FOH) as monitors. PA is vocal only or vocal/guitar if the second guitarist doesn't want to carry his cab in.

    Interesting. I’m sending mine back as i can’t believe it’s normal, but if i get another that does it I’ll live with it. It’s coming from inside behind the main board. I can’t be bothered to take that out and check. In was going through the various pre amps and amps and noticed noise on all of them in their default state. I then tested my B1-four and that was about the same. None really deal breakers, and possible to fix even without the NR, but more than i ever heard with my Helix.

    Bought this to use with a Moog Minitaur and then quite quickly ended up upgrading to an all in one synth. Barely used, still has plastic over screen and I've got the box etc. Great little midi keyboard just not needed any more. Bargain at £90 plus £5 for P&P.

    Hi, I replaced the black tuners on my Spector Pulse II with a Gold Gotoh GB707 set. The Gold are a drop in replacement. See dimensions diagram which happens to be for Wilkinson Open gear tuners but I checked dims with my Digital Calipers so the diagram is accurate. Spector Logos are painted/printed , not a sticker. £45 includes UK postage and these were only my bass for a few days. Weigh 240g, see photo. Also selling exactly same dimension set from an older Spector NT4 but they are in excellent condition too ( £40 ). Cheers. Quent

    Hi, I took these tuners off my 2016 Spector NT4 and replaced with Gotoh Gold GB707 , hence photo to show Drop In compatibility. Just home use by myself for a few months ( I bought bass new in 2018) before putting the gold set on. So excellent condition and very little use. They’ve cleaned up as well as the other same size set I’m now selling (£45) on here , just no Spector Logo on these. The diagram dimensions are accurate in the photo. I have digital calipers. Just had to change a couple of dimensions on a Wilkinson open gear diagram. £40 includes UK postage. 2L-2R Weight 238g Cheers. Quent

    Yes its rattles and no its not noisy. I don't have ZNR on any patch and I cannot hear noise on a good pair of headphones. However if you use extreme drives etc (which I don't) you may hear something that I don't.

    Just a Single P bass pickup (two halves - EA Coil and a DG coil - you don't need to split the two halves of the pickup) Won't matter which way but i'd go with the Wilko diag.

    This is in very good condition with no rips/holes/tears etc…and all zippers working perfectly. My bass was a smallish 3/4 and it fits with a bit of movement so will fit standard but not bigger 3/4 basses. There is no ‘branding’ to be seen but I think it’s a Stentor case. Price is collected from Aylesbury (or I’m willing drop off if on way to a gig). But willing to post at buyers’ cost.
