  1. Past hour
  2. I get confused with all the models but I love Jon Maron and his tone so much. Pretty sure he plays a 3000 that may be passive. Also know those are hard to find now so I was curious what other models I should look at for that thick pj bb tone?
  3. These are underrated! The low and high controls are super handy on bass 👌
  4. I doubt your complaint was ever even seen by a human being, just instantly scanned and rejected by an automated program, with the the response witheld for 2 days just to give the illusion that some kind of considered process had taken place. The big social media companies have always taken the position that they bear zero responsibility for how people use the platform that they provide, to the point where they are extremely reluctant to acknowledge that they are even aware that any criminal activity takes place on their services in case that implies they have any kind of moral duty to police and prevent such activity.
  5. Honestly lads, when did we all become so jaded and cynical? …coat.
  6. Superb price for such a capable bass.
  7. Bagman

  15. The toneprint feature is not to be overlooked, I ran one of these for a while and the TC chorus download with my fretless was EPIC. GLWS
  16. Mmm.... No idea why mine didn't work. Will look further at this. Thanks
  17. Feels Just Like It Should - Jamiroquai
  18. Great condition. Hardly used as I prefer to use my pjb c8 for the small number of gigs I'm currently doing so it's gathering dust. Nice little lightweight 1x12 though with a switchable tweeter, very loud for its size. Plenty for a small single cab rig. Tilt back facility for better monitoring and ampfix plate on top for use with Eich amps with magnets. Collection only from Chatham, Kent. No postage.

  19. Brand: Pasini - (Wood&Tronics) Nickname: The Rocket Body: Ash 2 pcs Top: Tiger Maple Neck: scale 35" - maple 3pcs BO (central quarter sawn) Fingerboard: 24 frets Bird's eye maple Cover Pu: Bird's eye maple Dots: Blue/gold glitter inlays PU: Pasini single coil neck, single/dual coil/single bridge Preamp: Pasini 3 way – stacked volume, Hi/Mid/Bass; Active/Passive switch, Mid switch freq, single/dual/single switch Color: blue Triumph Rocket 3, gold hand painted binding Conditions: almost like new, just a few slap marks on the pickguard. Pasini basses is directly connected to Wood&Tronics, it is always Enrico Pasini; it is a line that maintains the construction quality and sound characteristics but aimed at being more direct and immediate for the customer, with more "standardized" customizations and a more modern impact in the aesthetics. The Rocket has some more customizations, made on my request, having been among the first to have commissioned it. It was designed in pandance with my bike: a Triump Rocket 3 classic blue/cream/chrome/gold. Despite the modern line it maintains a traditional stamp, very JB; however, by activating the dual coil, it becomes a sort of telluric cannon! The playability is excellent, like all Wood&Tronics, and the weight is perfectly balanced: it doesn't seem to have a bass with an increased scale on it, but it maintains the focus and grit! Preamp is natural, and neutral, so It's not really a "Jazz on steroids", but more of an "adult Jazz" with a lot of experience behind it! Fun fact: the shape of the body allows it to be played while sitting at a 45% angle, like a sitar, maintaining a more comfortable posture, and allows you to comfortably reach the entire fingerboard. Unfortunately, due to my work and some microfractures in my wrists (due to an old car accident) that are not naturally curable, my playing autonomy is still 10 15 minutes, then my hands start to slow down (as if they had low batteries); I therefore decided to keep only one instrument, for fun from time to time. For more photos I am available, eventually I can record some short clips Semi-rigid gigbag, GruvGear leather strap + locks - included
  20. There was one for Andertons on Facebook which linked to what looked like an Andertons website. I messaged Andertons and they asked me to report it to Facebook. Of course Facebook did nothing. It's like the wild west out there.
  21. Being an hour late would have garuanteed a " no " from me. Auditioning is usually a tough nut for a lot of bands. I'm curious, what did you know about this singer prior to inviting him to audition? How much gigging experience did he have or band experience in general? Did someone recommend him to you? Daryl
  22. You Don't Know How It Feels - Tom Petty
  23. My bandmates never complain when I have a bad night and I don't complain or bring anything up when they do. Daryl
  24. Our situation with drummers is far from ideal. Our drummer has a lot of other things going on and can't make a lot of our gigs. He provides nice harmonies and he makes it easy for me to lock in with him. Auditioning drummers is not an option. We don't want to go through that process right now. We have 2 dep drummers. Unfortunately they don't play enough with us to become completely comfortable with the songs and what we do. Our band leader looks at it more from a business perspective. The pros are, while our drummer situation is not great we've never had to cancel a gig or turn down a booking. The band has been in business for 18 years. Daryl
