  1. Past hour
  2. 43+ plugins for the price of 1, IK Multimedia: https://bedroomproducersblog.com/2025/10/21/ik-multimedia-group-buy-2025/ I think their servers are being seriously hammered though as the website is up and down like a yo-yo!! I've about 30 so far including the entire MODO Bass and MODO Drums suites.
  3. Price Drop To £300
  4. That equals: B x £30 + g x £10 = £1000 g x £10 = £1000 - B x £30 B = 33 AND g = 1 Solved. Could you share some pictures of your basses, that g-word sidestep is not of importance.
  5. I had an intractable - for me - MIDI problem. Peter came to the rescue. I no longer have an intractable MIDI problem. And so epically patient!
  6. I guess I would fall into the ambivalent camp on this topic. Buying and selling anything involves a bit of risk and a bit of effort. If that leads someone to making a bit of profit then I am probably OK with it. If someone profits from something I sell, I don’t particularly care as it’s being sold for a reason.
  7. Bump for this bargain. You could buy this and @theplumber's 1x15 and have yourself a sweet Genz Benz rig for £275!
  8. Hi Andy - I’ll send you a private message on here 👍
  9. 2005 Epiphone Embassy Special IV in dark blue. It's a flat colour, I have no idea why the camera has invented some kind of burst. Well balanced, lightweight bass just a little different to the norm. Has an Entwistle neodymium pickup (reverse P) and a Guyker high mass bridge. 22 fret neck. Matching headstock. Local sale preferred (Aberdeen) but will post at buyer's expense, or meet up at reasonable distance. Just looking to thin the pack a little, and have two cheapy reverse P basses in the stable. Weight is 3.6kg/7.94lb according to the bathroom scales.
  10. These need no introduction but this metal grill super compact is now surplus to requirements after a Super Twin lead me into temptation. Cab is in great condition and has probably done less than 20 gigs for me.it comes with a padded cover made by Hotcovers Spec from Barefaced : Dimensions (H x W x D)56cm x 44cm x 30cm 22" x 17.5" x 12" Weight Steel Grill 11kg / 23.5lbs Broadband Sensitivity97dB Max Amp Power600W RMS Max Output~127dB Frequency Range30Hz -4kHz Impedance8 ohms i’d prefer collection but also happy to meet up within an hour or so drive. I’m over in the Manchester area regularly as well Asking £475 - sorry but not looking for any trades right now.

  11. I have two used Spector USA bass bridges that once belonged to NS2 basses I no longer own, I had taken these off in favour of black hardware. One is the heavy all-brass version, this has faded somewhat on the bass side. I’m not sure if this could be polished up. The other is the lighter, aluminium version, this one in better condition. It is considerably lighter. Note: these will not drop into a Euro bass without some re-routing to enlarge the space slightly. £150 for each bridge or £285 for the pair. Price includes UK shipping.

  12. Hi Ovi, thanks! Nice to hear from you! Are you back in bass business? This bass could be yours 😜
  13. Idiot boy question: what diameter drainpipe do you need to buy to get an internal diameter of 64mm? How much difference does it make if you are out by a few mm?
  14. Both bands primarily rehearse new material, although if a song goes wrong at a gig we'll decide whether it was a one-off or if we need to rehearse it. I'll upload the version of the song to work on to Dropbox for one band so we've got a single reference. For the other band, we have song name and artist name and the arrangements will get rejigged if there's a gob-iron solo (soloes tend to be gob-iron followed by guitar, rinse and repeat). There aren't many complex arrangements, it's mainly Dr Feelgood or old time rock'n'roll with the odd outlier. Where there are more complex arrangements, we follow the original.
  15. Very nice bass there. How are you my friend?
  16. I have some models of the same bass with opposite direction tuners.
  17. Electro Harmonix Bass Big Muff Pi pedal for sale. Pre-Velcroed! £40 posted.
  18. EHX freeze pedal with box and power supply. Pedal is barely used, but still helpfully pre-Velcroed! Price is £70 posted.
  19. Software is awful - packaging says it comes with ToneX SE but it actually comes with ToneX CS which is much inferior and limits what can be downloaded from Tonenet. The standard ToneX one comes with ToneX SE. I'd have sent it back for this alone of my youngest hadn't damaged the packaging. Some of the captures are great - for what I do the clean mix is a godsend as I'm not a fan of Cab IRs without a blend. There's a night and day feel difference between this and standard modellers though. I saw great reviews about the SVT models but it's the Aguilar and GK Fusion models that have impressed me. Some of the stompbox drive options are good too. Hope this helps... any more info needed let me know!
  20. Incredible. Makes me sad that someday in the near future we won't see any new Status like this, was always a goal to try and spec my own. Far too cash poor to afford this, but someone will be very lucky to get it!
  21. Harmony H22 batwing , SG , and Gretsch Thunderjet 6128B , all with flats , I’m a thumper.
  22. Works for me... I hate the feel of flats, so I rarely play them, and they last ages! 😁
  23. Absolute bargain, great amps these. Not that difficult to turn into a rack mounted head with some rack ears and a case
  24. Yep it’s definitely a zingy tone !
  25. I never did get it, managed to get it turned round after thinking better of my £800..
  26. Good idea also. Velcro is also handy if there are suitable flat smooth surfaces. The dovetail approach appeals as it’s easy to extend the idea to different cabs
