  2. Here's a fun little thing Moises does. Sometimes it can fall "between" tempos somehow I was recording my most recent video the other day, and used Moises for backing, basically playing to the drum track and the smart click track from the song I was recording. It was running from my phone for simple handling, through a bluetooth speaker. When I was finished, and wanted to add the full, clickless backing track, I have exported it via the web client, imported to Reaper, and was trying to align them without any success, they always sounded bad together. I noticed despite both being 164, they're not the same tempo, the web version was slightly faster. So if I synced up the beginning of the song, the end was out of sync, and vice versa. No problem, I thought, I'll just export it via the phone app then. But now the phone one matched the one from the web... so seems like I played my song to a "magic" 164 bpm that just can't be replicated, and now I'm without a backing track. But I still had my video where the "magic" 164 and it's click was still audible, so I added that audio to Reaper, and then started playing around with the web export to try to match the magic one. Ultimately I found if you decrease the playback rate from 1 to 0.9988something, they finally match. Lesson learned: if recording, always export the track first, and play along using a good ol' wav file.
  3. On MIK instruments I think so - I had an E serial MIK Squier Bullet which turned out to be YC, and AFAIK Samick use the S serial prefix on everything, regardless of brand.

  5. I bought this over 5 years ago and used it with my 60's band in conjuction with my Ric and P bass. Great bass for that genre...or any genre! Somewhere way back when ( I was told the bass player for Lonny Donegan did this in 1972) he replaced the neck with a 1959 Senator that was kicking around. Of course I only have what the previous owner told me, but he's a reliable source. So there is some key pedigree to this bass as when Lonnie toured in the early 70's his bass player used this bass. Bass plays well and pick up and pots all work. Sounds fantastic. Bridge is a replcement and not original.Comes with new set of tuners (only installed as the original ivory broke on it. (It's included as well. Serial number 1531 Because this bass has such an abundance of mojo, it's going for cheap! Really don't want to ship this, but could. Happy to meet up near South coast or half way to London. Headed to Plymouth over the weekend May 25th if anyone down there is interested. Moving and this needs to go to a good home.
  6. Really liking this with the Swedish rapper Papa Dee who I only recently heard of, it’s a great album and has a version of one of my all time favourite tunes on which is , A Little W ay Different, the great Flabba on bass
  7. Agreed, they are great basses and the colour of this one is lovely.
  8. The Enhanced range would be intriguing if I was in the market for that sort of thing, MM bridge humbucker plus either J or P neck pickup.
  9. Hi there again. I'm just curious to see if you ever sold your Sadowsky.
  10. Bit late to this, but can confirm Dood's response, my volume control on the Space 5 works as expected, so that sounds like a fault on the bass you tried.... Gigged mine on Sat. Terrible gig for a range of reasons, but the Cort worked really well with a really nice sound & worked very well. Only got a bit stuck at the back of the night when the stage was waaay darker than expected and it was hard to find the right start point for a song that started mid fretboard 🤦‍♂️. Very solid and have really enjoyed playing. Would recommend. Even, as you say, at £750
  11. Fair enough 😂 Living on the Frontline ~ Eddy Grant
  12. Up for sale an immaculate 2022 German made Teambuilt Warwick Thumb bolt-on 4, purchased new 5 months ago. One gig and home use: not a single scratch, ding, dong... immaculate condition. Nice grained ovangkol body and neck, wenge fingerboard, golden hardware from factory (those usually came with nickel or black hardware),MEC active Gold pickups and two band preamp. With these recent builds Warwick guys are back to slimmer necks and bronze frets. So it plays like butter and has THE Warwick signature punchy, growly low mids in spades. Weight is 4,1 Kgs. Comes with all the papers, tools, candies in the nice Warwick gig bag. 1600 GBP or 1850 EUR, shipped to you door with traceable Air Courier shipment. Only UK or EU countries.
