  2. i think this is where he reveals his plans: ”This has sparked my curiosity about the concept of long shelf life versus short shelf life” “This makes me wonder: what are the most unintuitive, yet enduring ideas that aren’t frequently discussed today but might have a long shelf life? Also, what are we creating now that will still be valued and discussed hundreds or thousands of years from today?”
  3. I've owned two everson basses and they are utterly sublime instruments. The craftsmanship and woods are incredible. The only reason I didn't keep the two I owned is because I'm a lanky twit with long monkey arms and they didn't sit right on me. glwts!
  4. Today
  5. Bump and more photos now added. Has to go so make me a (reasonable!) offer and this beaut may well be yours
  6. Barely used Strymon Iridium pedal. Only used a couple of times in my home studio. This is an incredible amp sim and absolutely has the quality you would expect from Strymon! It is in excellent condition with the original box and power supply/paperwork etc.
  7. Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger ~ Daft Punk
  8. Ltd Edition Aguilar SL212 Bass Cab in Dorian Gray. 500W at 4 Ohms. No.10 of 100 produced. Pristine condition. SL stands for "Super Light" and its an easy lift..Barely used as I went to IEMs soon after purchasing. Complete with certificate and genuine Aguilar cover. £900. Collection Washington, Tyne & Wear.
  9. Loving the (not) patented thumb rest. As you've said, the Jazz is a bit of a rarity, and if it has that growl, it's a keeper. As much as I love a 4003, a good jazz is a good jazz.

  11. Recently bought here from the superb sumorabbit, great cab but surplus to requirements. Priced to sell inc uk postage. Bargain!!!
  12. I've added the weight now 🙂 11.2lbs or 5kg according to a brand new set of bathroom scales
  13. Reverb with a fretless is incredible, for me an absolute must. I actually had two on my board at one point. If you want to try and good fun, but cheap one, then I can really recommend the Mooer A7 Ambient one.
  14. What bass is it? Does the truss rod adjust at the headstock end or the body end of the neck? Assuming its an allen key at the headstock end, I'll repeat what itu said above, ie it is of the utmost importance is to ensure you're using the correct tool. A metric allen key that *seems* to fit nicely in an imperial nut (or vice-versa) can damage the nut, rounding the hole making it near-impossible to get it loose without specialist remedial tools. The short allen keys you get with most instruments that look like the ones in poundland aren't up to much and don't give much leverage, so I tend to use long handled versions such as a bondhus t-handle hex drivers (which I believe Fender rebadge and include with some of their instruments). This gives more leverage and makes adjustments much easier. I also label each one with the spec if it isn't stamped into the handle and which instruments I can use it on.
  15. Anyone who might not know, you can load all the Zoom B1 on bass effects onto this 👍
  16. Mary Jane's Last Dance - Tom Petty
  17. It’s a beast of a bass, everything you’ve said is true and more. IMO it’s better than the grey. You have the sexier of the 2! Congratulations
  18. All looks nice and am tempted but would be good to see some photos under the guard and of the back of the Precision PUPs?
  19. SOLD ........ to the man at the back with the nice jazz bass 🙂
