1. That one is working fine now ped, think I may have just clicked onto it when it was literally just going on.
2. Same just happened again, top item in amps, "feeler for sale or trade" started by fettsman. Edit, forget that, it's just worked on that one
3. When I went to look at both the basses for sale and amps for sale, there were ads there for items that did not appear when in the sub forums. I clicked on one in the main sub forum page, that was showing to be the top item, and got a you do not have permission notice. I don't ask for notifications of any kind, I prefer the surprise I can access for example the basses for sale. When I went in 15 minutes ago, the most recent ad showing was something like a 67 jazz, yet when I opened the sub forum up, the Dolphin was the top item, the jazz nowhere to be seen. I went back to the sub forum main page, the jazz was still showing as top item. I clicked it and it said " you don't have permission" Same thing with amps and cabs, it was something like "Mark Bass, Marco 111", again no permission.
4. I'm a bit lost here, because I'm dim. It appears I can't look at all of the classifieds. That is presumably because I haven't paid a subscription as yet, only noticing this today. So, if I was to advertise a bass for sale and pay my £7, does that mean non-subscribers won't see my ad? The same question applies if I pay my £20 subscription, can none subscribers see my ad? Like I said, I am dim and will almost certainly have missed the blindingly obvious.

Gone!

Objection Ash M'lud, photo shows 1980 (new) thru neck Kasuga in my grubby mitts. Jeez, when did I get so fat
6. Yup, people just don't know how staggeringly excellent Alembics are until they get their hands on them. Me included .
7. Fairly sure I included the white pg when I sold this to Ed, however, IMO the tortie is much better, esp under gig lighting (no it's not Ed)
8. Thought this went ages ago Link to photos doesn't work. If you still have it, and you have some photos, perhaps you could put them on photobucket and link them?
9.
Surely 8lb not 8kg?
I refer my learned friend to post #7

11. I can't remember cocco, but sure lloyd will be along soon. What is does have is superb tonal flexibility with it being either passive or active.
12. What is this, March Of The Mods
13. Bonkers Nige, get a grip man Oh, did I mention Love Swallow and Kite mate, write the album. Nowt like it but I got a Camel/ Snow Goose moment
14. Thanks for your bump dood, I think reciprocal bumps are allowed in moderation , however perhaps best end here. I've pretty much given up the ghost on my Lakkie going anyway. VERY surprised your beauty is still here though, especially at that price. Good luck.
15. Ed's in Liverpool, it says so under his namey bit
16. Even coffin dodging, jelly brained luddite me can do photos now, but it does involve making an effort for 5 minutes
17. Slap a red tortie plate on Pino my son Typical one comes up when I'm skint and my Lakkie ain't moving Good luck bump.
18. He didn't get £750 for it then, he is very unlikely to get £949 now. Few Musicmans going for much more that £700 on here of late.
19. You guys better buy this quick. Another couple of gigs and I will have enough to cover the difference between this and my Lakkie. Start your engines gentlefolk
20. There is a R***fakers Facebook page, just do a search.
21. It's what happens when you play with Mr Knopfler
22.
Hello Karl I am getting confused now! I was responding to the post before yours so hopefully I haven't confused you. Unfortunately my pix have two basses in them. The silver USA and the Chinese Modern Player. The USA is for sale and the other is just looking gorgeous on my office wall. Cor blimey, me head hurts now!!!!!!!!! Take care, thanks again for all of your help. Mike
I am only confused when I'm awake . However, in this instance, I was fully aware of what is what. It's that StuartB chap who's had the cleaning fluid with his cornflakes
23.
So does that mean Fender actually construct their 'USA' series basses in china? Or am I missing something...
You are confusing me and I am certainly missing something! Silver one made in USA, sunburst one made in China about 7/8 years later.
24. Wow, you are selling two of the best looking jazzes ever made (IMO). The Miller is the only one I like in SB, Good luck, if I had the loot I would be over the Pennines now
