1. Just seen it on Faecesbook. Amazing tribute of respect and love.
2.
Punctuation?
It's been edited since. It was one long sentence that my poor, tired, old eyes were struggling to disseminate.
3.
Ah , Inti ! ( I think that is what he was called ) . I see what you mean . At least he had the excuse of not having English as a first language . This guy is way more f***ed up than Inti , I fear .
Skank was right about getting stocked up on cans and water then.
4. Guessing you missed the thread about a month ago with the whole art, performer, gear clown whore thingy. I am still laughing about the chap now. (ah, no you didn't, in Skanks follow up Dingus said " some opinions are not permissable ) My mrs says that as well.
5. Nobody in particular, just reminiscing
6. Some punctuation might help as well
7. Gear clown whore artist performer
8. Yeah WOT but it needs to be in general discussion for a real bun fight
9. John, 36 hour bump Cracking bass and a top fella to deal with. All the best with the sale John.
10. Lot of interest, half a dozen folk but same old, they gotta sell gear as well. That's why I am not bumping at the moment. Patience is a virtue, but it's a bloody hard virtue
11. Have a look at North West bands, bandmix, join my band there will be folks amongst those three. Welcome to the forum, from the proper side of the M61
12. Tough at the moment and lot of folk away/increased expenses at Easter. Hang on in their, it will go.
13.
Working on the wife as we speak....
Too much info cocco
14. Welcome to the forum, beware the GAS
15. Gorgeous
16. Glorius Sadowsky. Mark, doubt you will have much trouble moving that P on
17. No doubt there is something about these guys on here somewhere because I am always the last to know, but, just in case. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaP__M_xxH8
18. He put it up on the Warwick site on Friday. It is $2250 on there. He can put it out at any price he likes but selling it is a very different matter
19. Thank you for that. I will get in touch if my Rick goes in time (hopefully this week)>
20. He hasn't been online since Feb 20th, so perhaps he needs a PM to get some answers?
21.
Quite a few 'fakers had the gap in the binding, including Matsumoku made basses which also had twin truss rods.
Thanks Musky. Knew about the twin rods but not the binding. Bit more knowledge gained
22. That is amazing. Judging by the photos I (briefly) saw on the first Gumtree ad, your bass has a gap in the binding behind the bridge. Ricks have that but I have not seen as faker with that.
23. Presumably the Ibby. I would like to know if this is a faker with two truss rods? They have been made, so I am curious and yes I have a reason for asking.
24. Horses for courses I guess, but perhaps something to do with the cost of a new Rick generally being higher. By the way, one of the 4004LK (Lemmy Kilminster, like mine but carved up ) sold for $11500 on FEEBay just before Christmas
