    I doubt the wood makes a lot of difference when it's through a GK MB500/Barefaced S12V, then through a compressor/fuzz/envelope then the spotty 12 year old on the desk does his bit (I'm just guessing with the compressor/fuzz/envelope bit mind, cos I'm a cumudgeonly old git who won't have nothing to do with that sort of cheating .

    I mailed Steve and this bass is for sale. Horseshoe, reversed headstock and body contours make them a more player friendly bass. I'm currently a couple of gigs short on the money front so if you want this absolutely stunning limited bass, get ya finger out . Bump.

    I read somewhere the only way to date the V's was neck off and look at the writing. My 62 RI was certainly that, neck stamp, body writing. And will you lot sod off, I had the chance to push the button on this and hesitated overnight and it was gone You ain't helping by reminding me
