That's not the output wattage. I've seen that on eBay as well. The LM3 is definitely 500W...the 600 probably refers to actual power used perhaps.

Think some EA cabs had a lower than advertised impedance. May as well match your TC cabs.

I reckon you could get Soundslive or GAK to goto about £1600.

I think the limiters in the new .2 models and the Streamliners have much more push on them, but it's mental to think that the TH500 has the same module and the Reidmar keeps up with the 9.0! This, and the fact the TC amps have such a weird concept for volume makes you realise that actual numbers mean nothing.

Even though I love Musicman's 5 string basses, I THINK this time i'm going to get a 4. My spec is going to be something like: Tangerine Pearl White Pearl Guard HH Pups 4 String New tuners It's either that or a Sky Blue. Martin @ Soundslive has just given me a very keen price on one of these ordered in (3-4 months build time).

As most if my 5 EBMMs have the bridge pup in the sweet spot, I wanted one with a more jazz type nasally bridge tone, hence the HH. Ill get one eventually.

Get the 4! If you order new the bass will come with the new lightweight tuners I'm in the same boat. Been given some new quote that aren't that far off prices of used basses. I've wanted a Bongo for ages and in reality I want a new one in the tang pearl or sky blue in HH or HS.

I then chased it, and then eventually it was ordered. The one I got first was a bodge odd neck with odd body, the one I have now (which was the one I actually ordered) is perfect. I get what you mean though! I'd love to see what Shuker can do P bass wise. Maybe a P Retro P bass, 4 string, surf green, rosewood, blocks and binding. Chrome hardware!

If Shuker had P basses ready in 3 months, with a normal spec, and with the Shuker hardcase for £1200, I'd have one. How much are they?! The rough shop price of these new Fenders (2012-) is only about £50 more than the last price, so not as bad as I expected, but basically the new pup on the basses is a very strange 'upgrade'.
