Definitely walk...or even run away. Several things looking decidedly fishy there.
As others have said, it looks a lot like an NS, and they sell for much more money than that.
If you really want to spend as little as possible on an EUB, you could wait for a used HB or Stagg on here.
My first upright was a Stagg, which I bought at the Cambridge Folk Festival. It wasn't great - but there are improvements & upgrades you can make to them (there's a useful website somewhere).
Mine didn't put me off playing upright at all - it encouraged me! Plus, when I sold it on, I got what I paid for it. It seems there's always someone out there wanting to dabble with upright.... and for the sort of money you'd expect to pay - I think it's worth it. Even if you decide it's not for you.... you'll pretty much get your money back.
