1. 2 Sick Monkeys at the Dragonffli in Pontypool, 'just' a bassist and drummer. https://youtu.be/-O-h86lFtWs
2. Culture Shock this Friday in Cheltenham.
3. Orange Goblin in Cardiff on sunday. https://youtu.be/EpBJn7srDk4

5.
I'm sure it sounds nice and everything but is it loud enough?....
Pardon?

7. I have both, my HB is every bit as well made as my Squier VM, the pickup route under the guard is quite large on the HB but otherwise you can't go wrong for the money I fitted a solderless cts/switch craft loom and some Wilkinson tuners to mine and it's a great bass for very little money.
8. Pic of mine the day it came, perfect fit, if any of you go for the front board pocket option I had our singer (who is a carpenter/kitchen builder) cut me a piece of 3mm ply 23"x23" and it does the job perfectly.
9. Roqsolid have them, very happy with mine, went for the one with the board pocket in front due to the fabric grille on my cab and turnaround was very quick. Also had the foam lining and it fits like a glove.
10. Can't see you being disappointed, I love my OB1. Played with a band whose bassist had 2 Zilla 2x10s in the same style as yours a couple of months ago and he sounded good so 2 more speakers will only add to that.
11. Never used one myself, but I know a guy who uses one regularly in a loudish 2 guitar punk band through GK neo cabs and he always comes through very well using it.
12. Sounds very similar to what happened to my Kilo, which I'd had less than 8 weeks when they came out, It was sent back to the UK distributor under warranty (via the retailer) and there it remained for ever as they couldn't fix it despite having it 3 months.
13. I bought a G&L L2000 tribute, before Thomann started selling them, I have given up trying to sell it even though I rarely use it, I found I just prefer my jazz & p basses more, I'd rather leave it in the case gathering dust than drop it any lower than the last price I advertised it at.
14. Never had that or heard of it before, sounds like the switch is faulty rather than something major.
15. Few coats of black sharpie will sort it.
16. I'm surprised he didn't have a few in the shop for demo purposes if they get so many people trading them in...
17. I think Zilla Cabs used to do them to order for the Orange Terror Bass, night be worth a call.
18. I went for the 8ohm version as I don't have an amp that runs down to 2ohms. He's not going to be left wanting for volume whichever option he takes.
19. I'd say the same as Lozz, I like my cabs, they may not suit everyone else but they suit my purpose, and I couldn't give a monkeys what anyone thinks/says. For the record I've also liked the sound I've had through Orange, Peavey, one Ampeg and even a Behringer cab, but I went for Barefaced when it was time to part with money.
20. Last time I had some and was stuck in ended up using them on an SKB case on there.
21.
dragonffli?
Yeah Dragonffli, and last night at Coleford in the Forest of Dean.
22. I used my Terror 500 Lozz, Jamie used his OB1-500, he normally uses an obc410 and was impressed with the four10 too.
23. Update, gigged the Four10 last night and had a bit of a tweak with the amp eq, bigger lows and ample volume were forthcoming, also heard it from out in the room as I lent it to a mate who played after and it sounded great from various points in the room, the headline bands bassist was using an svt pro and a couple of Zilla cabs but he commented on my sound and said "what the f@@# is in that Barefaced it sounds awesome". She's a keeper.
