2. I have found getting the intonation right on the low B can be a real pain with anything bigger than a .120.

Jazz

Picked up a Squier vm jazz a few weeks ago, fitted a Gotoh 201 but undecided as yet as to fitting a set of Wizard Hammers which i have in my Tokai.
4. If it's any reassurance mine is the same too Dave, it does run warm & I thought about a fan, but it has fans built in anyway I think, and it's under warranty so I'm not going to worry about it, just crank it up, that's what it's there for ;-).
5. My new Kilo sat on it's perch,
6. I took delivery of my Kilo yesterday & tried it at practice last night through my Matamp 6x10, I bought it to give me more options than my OTB 500 which I found a little too dirty at the volume we play at (I.e "LOUD!) happy to say it delivers in spades.
7. I couldn't resist any longer, i've just ordered one, it'll be running through my Matamp 6x10 at 8ohm's i mailed Hartke & they say they it'll give me 750w through that cab, so i hope it'll be enough to compete with our very enthusiastic guitarist....
8. Nice to hear there's plenty coming in, very interested in this...
9. Hi, as the question has already been asked via pm the answer is, yes i'll sell the cab on it's own, the price is a firm £400. Thanks for enquiring.
10. To fuel the quest i must part with the aforementioned gear, OTB 500 + SP212 Cab both pretty much as new, a couple of marks on the cab skids bottom finish is about it, cab comes with Roqsolid cover amp with it's gigbag (one tab broke off the zip) & original box. Collection only, location South Wales 2mins from Severn Bridge. Asking £700, thanks for looking A quick clarification, as i've had enquiries about the amp on it's own. I will sell the cab seperately from the amp, but while i have both the amp is not for sale on it's own.
11. It's not being used so up for sale is my Laney RB7/RB115 rig 300w in vgc, the RB7 is fitted with 2 10" Precision Devices speakers, not the stock cheapo Celestions that were in it from new, asking £300, thanks for looking. Pick up only, location South Wales.
12. Can anyone tell me what the Kilo will put into a single 8ohm cab in bridge mode? I believe the LH1000 will give 750w bridged into 8ohms so is the Kilo the same or will it put the full whack into 8?
13. Just out of curiosity, how does the LH1000 compare on volume to the Terror bass 500? (assuming someone has owned both or compared them) I like my otb but at the volume we play at it's a little too dirty to my ear, so i've been toying with the idea of the Hartke as i've read that the 1000 can be run bridged into an 8ohm cab & gives the better part of 800w at that setting?
14. Another happy customer here, i have one for my SP212 & one for my Matamp 6x10, both fit perfectly & service was about 48hrs on both.
15. Means nothing to me lol :-), it says 8 on the jack plate so that's what i've been running the OBT at with it nothings gone bang yet so i'm assuming it must be 8, i may be wrong about the 12 individual rating though, Tayste had a thread somewhere about the cabs, they were available in either 8 or 2 ohm rating, i'll see if i can find it & check the ratings. Found it, http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...;hl=matamp+6x10 Here's a pic of the plate, dunno if it helps any though?,
16. 12 as far as i know, at least thats what was quoted in the thread about them on here, 8ohm and 2400w handling.
17. Matamp have a couple of 8ohm 6x10's, they are on the Bay at the moment, I bought one about 2 months ago from them, well pleased with it.
18. StringsDirect will make up a set of whatever you need, fast service too.
19. I bought one a couple of months ago because my cheapo tuner wouldn't read a B reliably & i think it's a great bit of kit. I haven't bothered myself, but i believe it is adjustable for alternate tunings.
