  2. I recently bought a Line 6 HX One and need to update the firmware to v3.80. According to Line 6 I need to use their HX Central software which I have downloaded and installed however when trying to run it I get an error message saying that “Line 6 Central cannot run with Administrator Privileges”. So far I have confirmed that the ”Run as Administrator” box is unchecked in the shortcut and the .exe Properties but that has not helped. I have also tried creating a non-Administrator User Account on the PC and still nothing. Has anyone come across this problem and found a fix because it is really annoying me? BTW HX Edit for my Stomp works fine but I also get the same problem with HX Librarian.
  3. Thank you! Have added estimated weight = )
  4. I've settled on 40-60-80-100. FYI, I also had a V2 bridge fitted to one of my Rics; it completely eliminates tail-lift, but the action wouldn't go low enough so I reverted back to the original V1.
  5. Gorgeous setting for a gig Pete. Dave
  6. I hadn't owned a fretless for over 30 years. Now have these beauties and loving them.
  7. Certainly influenced me. I've now widened my taste in music and improved my reading skills. Dave
  8. Unfortunately you still hear that ‘women can’t sing rock’ nonsense. I’d say it’s harder to find a good singer than it is to find an audience, so go for it.
  9. Compact pedalboard with bag. Selling as no longer needed Price includes postage

  10. Pretty sure everyone knows what these are about. Selling as not being used and could use the £££ Price includes postage in the UK.
  11. That is some fantastic detective work, wink wink. Yeah, the tort was swapped, and the previous owner decided to install regular size tuners, so swapped those to ultralite style ones.
  12. I'd keep the Jazz bass and buy a Precision. If you really have to, I’d replace the pickup in that. I own a Sadowsky Metro Jazz and wouldn't change a thing. I also play a PJ. Those two have been my joint #1 basses for 8 and 14 years respectively.
  13. I'd definitely buy this if I hadn't bought the lovely Bryant from @bassace six months ago!
  14. Today
  15. These are quite rare even when fretted so I think you are right. I suspect many potential buyers will want to know the weight so you might add that to your post. Beautiful piece of Warwick craftsmanship 👍🏻 GLWTS
  16. Beautiful German-made Warwick Corvette FNA for sale - unfortunately I've come to the realisation that I'm just not a fretless player and it deserves to be played more than it is! Converted to fretless which will make this rare / possibly unique Fretless conversion has been beautifully done - maple inserts replacing frets so there are clear markers Strung with Rotosound flats (nearly new) and action lowered Great fretless sound with NT sustain Not pictured as in storage in the loft but comes with a very sturdy Warwick flight case with this like the one pictured here (https://www.thomann.co.uk/warwick_ebass_flightcase.htm). Case has been used so not in perfect condition, but only minor cosmetic scuffs etc. Made in Germany in 2011 (serial number K 157455-11) Double humbucker Bubinga body with maple through neck Black hardware with strap locks Weight ~4.5-5kg The bass is in great condition and has been well looked after - no visible marks, near perfect Kept in pet and smoke-free house Message for offers and please let me know if you want more pics
  17. Well so far, of 100 respondents, 74% own fretless basses, which allowing for bias (I'd guess you're more likely to be drawn to the thread if you play fretless) surprises me 👍
  18. The Dunlops flats I have on it are just a bit dark. I have some EB Group flats (Joe Dart’s favourite) so I’ll try them too. I really need to get a quick change / slot load bridge for this bass.
  19. Yeah it is 2 whole months later now
  20. Go Your Own Way - Fleetwood Mac
  21. Cheers Alex.... 👍
  22. Technically quite correct, but I believe the term was used descriptively in this instance.
  23. Have you contacted Sushibox to ask as well? Si
