Bit of vid here from Saturday in Chester featuring the only song written entirely by MeMyselfAndI! I've reduced video quality a bit to save on size...

Sorry for my complete meltdown when I realised that holding your double bass upright and figuring out where the first few notes were was utterly beyond me in a brief try!

The great, “What pedals have you owned?” thread
BigRedX replied to pantherairsoft's topic in Effects
Come and see my current band Hurtsfall play live if you can. Our next gig is at The Mist Rolling Inn in Nottingham on 28th November. I'm currently using it with a Bass VI so I'm alternating between "bass" and "guitar" sounds throughout the songs all done using the Helix to process the signal. Or have a listen to our music on-line. "Tilting" or "Lost Souls" shows these changes the best. -

If there is more than ten seconds of silence between songs, you're not doing it right. I don't care about your memories!

I don't want to target you or other individuals who have created threads like these but why do you need to 'announce' you are quitting bass? Is this some new phenomenon in the social media age with big announcements over everything that someone decides?

-
Yep - you've go to put the hours in! I think BBC's "The Repair Shop" do a lot of that sort of thing.
-
Thanks Phil and how awesome that the cabinet I chose in the blind testing is the BassChat 8" which I've still been thinking about building
-
Just a heads up that after the first five of these necks are completed, the price will need increase to £480. So if you are keen for a pb neck, I recommend securing an order slot sooner rather than later if possible.
