14 TX64 Pads and Mounting arms Pads work perfectly well responding to all pad trigger areas and velocity. I originally had 3 full kits at my rehearsal room but have no need for them and most of the parts/frames etc have been sold. selling as a job lot as I’d rather not split and do individual postage. Collection is good too, NE26 or NE6 or could possibly drive to meet depending on distance. Any questions please ask. Thanks David I

Yes, my 1980s Squier JV Jazz, which is a similar vintage to the OP's Fender, and a copy of a 60s bass, is wired the same. I reckon Leo figured it wouldn't matter with the giant ashtray over the top hiding it. EDIT - mine is the same size and look as Clarky's original example, not as wide and shiny as the OPs.

I've had these a while, using them in various amps with valve preamp stages, but my move away from such amps means they are now surplus: Mullard ECC83 - code B6B3 means made in Blackburn, third week of February in either 1956, 1966 or 1976 = £50 Mullard ECC83 - (code backward3)91 means made in Chelmsford for Mullard by Marconi, but not sure how to date the rest = £50 Mullard ECC81 - no code that I can see = £25 Caveat Emptor: I have tested them in my Demeter amp and they are all working fine at time of writing, but as always with old valves be aware they can fail at any time. Please do bear that in mind before you buy.

Hi there. Wanted adverts are for supporting members only. https://www.basschat.co.uk/store/product/2-marketplace-yearly-subscription/ This is for a few reasons, mainly because it protects users from scams (the forum is visible only to supporting members) Cheers

Hi I'm registered as a member. Is it permitted to post a Wanted advert. I'm after a particular 5 string bass and want to reach out to fellow members to see if anyone has one they'd consider selling? Thanks

It's just under two hours drive for me, so I'm planning to be there around 10:30/11:00. I'm really looking forward to seeing some stunning instruments and renewing old friendships.

Sigh. Like it's been stated about 9000 times here, it's not about the fakery. It's about the intellectual and actual property theft, the copyright infringement, and the fact that he's doubling down and continues ro make money on Insta, continues to sell the stolen stuff, etc. I guess we can't be upset about blatant disgusting thieves any more without assumptions about what we're assuming? 😁 It's so obvious when someone doesn't even read the topic they respond to.

What is a good aftermarket Stingray preamp?

Another vote for the Retrovibe. An excellent pre-amp and very reasonably priced. Simple to install as well. -
Ugh It’s like looking at Charles Manson in a tutu. I’d rather look at a rickenbacker

That looks and sounds great. Have you got a link? Nice one!

Any updates form folks who have been using this out live?
