  2. Korg B2 + Korg PU-2 + Gator GKB-88-SLIM + RTX 93 + RTX KBX, everything in almost new condition and, of course, fully working. Replaced by a Studiologic Numa Nero, which was itself replaced by a Studiologic SL88 GT Mk2, as I only used it on vacation or as a master keyboard. NO TRADES! PRICE NON-NEGOTIABLE! Asking price, fully insured delivery with tracking number, to your home, for the following European countries (for other countries, please contact us): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding French overseas territories), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom: €375 (£325 GBP is an approximation and I will only accept payment in Euros; the new price of the whole set is €686)! Shipping to the UK is of course possible and included in my asking price, but with additional customs charges (VAT + other taxes + courier costs), as the UK is now outside the EU, just ask. It will be delivered complete with PDF user manuals, namely: Korg B2 (with power supply and music holder), new price: 419 Euros (https://www.thomann.de/be/korg_b2_black.htm), Korg PU-2 (optional triple pedal), new price: 75 Euros (https://www.thomann.de/be/korg_pu_2.htm), Gator GKB-88-SLIM (semi-rigid carrying case), new price: 109 Euros (https://www.thomann.de/be/gator_gkb_88_slim.htm), RTX 93 (adjustable keyboard stand), new price: 37.50 Euros (https://www.woodbrass.com/stands-clavier-rtx-x93-stand-p20358.html), RTX KBX (adjustable bench), new price: 45.50 Euros (https://www.woodbrass.com/banquettes-clavier-rtx-kbx-p17536.html). A grand total of 686 Euros, new. I'm leaving everything, in impeccable, almost new condition (I'm a maniac for my gear), for €375 Euros, delivered to your home or picked up at my place, in which case I'll be offering a Lewitz/Revoltage HP710 (closed-back headphones), new price 23.90 Euros (https://www.muziker.be/fr/revoltage-hp710). The Korg B2 also has the advantage of being able to act as an audio return via its USB port, which is very practical for using it as a master keyboard on a PC, and having the sound coming directly from the keyboard. Link to the Korg B2 website: https://www.korg.com/fr/products/digitalpianos/b2/ Due to severe back problems (67% officially disabled because of it) plus left and right shoulders injury, without mentioning a painful tendonitis on the right arm, I'm selling all the stuff I'm not using like this one. I've also considerably lowered the price for a quick sale. Don't hesitate to ask for more details, but, please, before asking read my ad first as the answer is certainly already in it! 3. Yes, there's an input clipping LED, it's next to the master on its left. It turns red when the input signal is clipping and depending on the output level of your instrument, sometimes, the input gain must be set high, after noon position (very low output passive instruments in Pure Mode, for instance). It's number 17 in the manual.
  4. I tried mine after you posted. Left them on for 30mins or so, but they didnt turn off or go to sleep as far as I can tell.
  5. Killed By Death - Motorhead
  6. Back with an enhanced version of Deadlight Dance yesterday, and once again we were joined by our drummer from our Sixth Form band, Mike. This was for a street party in the road my band mate lives in. I had my trusty long scale Hofner Verythin bass but was mixing it up with several on the Gold Tone (AKA Goth Tone) Mandocello and even a couple on guitar and a couple on mandolin. I was going through my Boss BCB60 with the Boss IR2 at the end of the chain. I was telling the story of how we filmed our zombie apocalypse video in this very road, in a very light hearted way - see Infectious for details - when that Government text alert went off! You couldn’t make it up and it was a genuine comedy moment. We played well. We picked up some travelling fans from the last gig and even sold a few CDs. It was also an absolute pleasure to hang out with two of my oldest friends.
  7. I'm heading to the Peak District in September so could take it should anyone that way be interested. Cheers.
  8. I had a similar issue at a theatre on Saturday. The in-house lighting guy had put one of those automated turning and tilting round LED multi colour lights right next to where I was playing. Every time I moved to the right, my Jazz Elite's preamp started whining & hissing like crazy! I thought it was unusual at the time, as that bass is usually as quiet as a comatose mouse. I've attached a picture here - you can see it through the legs of my Fender Stool.

  10. Howdy all I love Rotosounds, but I don’t love these. Unwrapped, cut to fit a Fender Jazz, used for 10 mins, removed. They sound amazing but are too high tension for my left hand. Weird. Other Rotos seem fine to me, but whatever. Anyway. My loss is your gain. Very bougie strings for £15 posted to your door (as long as you’re in the UK). Pete
  11. Sudden death - Mr Bungle
  12. John made me a passive Vol-Blend-Tone loom for my 5 string Precision build. Dead easy to install (even if John was super-fast in delivering it and you've lost the wiring diagram in the weeks it took for the pickups to arrive) and sounds great. Thanks again John!
  13. The bow and 6 year olds!
  14. Last bump before I take her down for good. Must be a really slow market at the moment. This should fly off the shelf at this price!
  15. I'd put an ad there as well Andy, the rig is relevant to both 👍
  16. ….and of course if you installed a pair of Dimarzio model Ps in there the adjustable pole pieces would have it covered anyway 👍
  17. GLWTS! I've had one for the last 16 years and I can vouch for these, I love mine a LOT.
  18. Thank you chaps. I went with a Stingray instead.
  19. Thanks chaps. I've ordered some grain filler so I'll do that first then sealer then paint. It's a paulownia body so it is quite open grain. Most of the body is poly coated already, but I've put in belly and arm carves that are currently without any finish and they'll need a stable finish for the wrap.

  21. Practice with the bow is never wasted. Intonation can be lax with pizz and you can get away with the odd interesting pitch. The bow does not lie.
  22. Ah gwaan! Will PM Mickey
  23. This looks great! I don’t have the time to dedicate to orchestral stuff really. I’m doing 70 DB gigs a year at the moment and it really takes up the time. But it’s what I enjoy doing at home and that’s keeping me playing the bass daily, which is what it’s all about.
