This was done on analogue desks - not too difficult to set up and you can always mute the channel and mix as normal if you want to so long as the desk has a couple options for buses/sub-mixes. I agree, however, on the convenience of savings things on digital desks, however we currently use one that needs to be rebooted every time a new programme is loaded before it will apply changes which is a bit irritating - I think it's a Yamaha something or other but I generally stay away from it!

Hello, This is a Pedaltrain Novo 24, complete with tour case, which has a small dent and scuff acquired by a delivery driver, which you can see on the damage to the box. Otherwise, perfect condition with cable ties and tape. Would prefer collection or meet, can ship as i still have the box but would cost an extra £15 i reckon. Any questions welcome, thanks for looking. IMG_1597.MP4 IMG_1598.MP4 IMG_1596.MP4 IMG_1594.MP4 IMG_1592.MP4 IMG_1593.MP4 IMG_1591.MP4 IMG_1590.MP4 IMG_1589.MP4

Even though it doesn’t say it’s a Refin in the description, based on The Gallery’s previous/recent prices for similar pre-CBS refinished Precisions, I think it’s safe to say it is…

help with working out how much wattage i need!
Bill Fitzmaurice replied to sky's topic in Amps and Cabs
Watts aren't meaningless, but almost. Otherwise how do you explain the Ampeg B-15? 🤥 -
Oh yes 😊

What we used to call gear groupies. ☺️

Really? Wow.

Indeed, but the idea of Leo Fender was not really moding, but fixing an instrument by changing the problematic part with another faster than fast and not spending time on repair: a typical moto from the post war society and the consumerism.

prowla started following Soundchecks - are they professional?

Questionable, since most people doing sound checks can only count to two.

I saw some Barts listed (their 8S P-Bass set) for over £200 yesterday. Maybe a blip, or symptomatic of tariff-geddon.
-
Others might, but not the bands I play in.

April Composition Voting thread
Baloney Balderdash replied to lurksalot's topic in General Discussion
I might have to initiate my Boss RC-500 Loop Station for the next contest, and perhaps even utilize the Zoom recorders ability to record 4 mono tracks/2 stereo tracks. It's not a promise, but something I will consider. It might still end up with just a single track improv like the other tracks I've contributed with. -

14 TX64 Pads and Mounting arms Pads work perfectly well responding to all pad trigger areas and velocity. I originally had 3 full kits at my rehearsal room but have no need for them and most of the parts/frames etc have been sold. selling as a job lot as I’d rather not split and do individual postage. Collection is good too, NE26 or NE6 or could possibly drive to meet depending on distance. Any questions please ask. Thanks David I

You need to get out more ...
-
Have a sound check if you really feel you need one, but the bands I play with know what they want to sound like, and know how to get it. I've never seen anyone take longer than 20 seconds to line check and sort their sound.
-
Yes, just screw the knurled knob out until it comes off and then thread the thrust bearing on, then screw it back in.

Theres quite a lot about them (Asamovel) on Insta, Bill. They are obsessed by their wall of Marshalls and what drivers are in each of them. I completely take your point about the Magnatones. Not many making a noise but they certainly look pretty. I'd love a Magnatone. What.a. machine.
