Minimalist melancholy......Pretty much bass and vocals only

Slow one by Motorhead, with a rather tasteful bass solo......Well, slow by Motorhead standards anyway! :)

Top of my head:
Tom Waits - The Ghosts of Saturday Night (and The House Where Nobody Lives, little bass on that though)
Ani DiFranco - Dilate, Self-Evident
The Hold Steady - Lord, I'm Discouraged
Ian Siegal - Mortal Coil Shuffle
John Lee Hooker - This Land Is Nobody's Land
SRV - Dirty Pool

There's bound to be loads more than that (plenty of old acoustic blues that's well sub-80bpm in the collection, but can't be doing with going through it all...)

Because We've Ended As Lovers - Jeff Beck (the original Blow By Blow version)
Don't Give Up -Peter Gabriel
Bridge Over Troubled Water -S&G
A Welsh male voice choir singing pretty much anything
The scores from Dances With Wolves and OHMSS by John Barry

Stanley Clarke "Together Again" - epically melodic!

Queen "In Only Seven Days" - a beautiful JD song from the 'Jazz' album (some other great slow stuff on that album too
including 'Dreamers Ball' & 'Jealousy')

Level 42 "Leaving Me Now" - one of MKs most tasteful recorded lines IMO

Cheers
Dave

Michael Manring's fast slappy tappy stuff is technically amazing but doesn't really interest me. This however is a beautiful piece of music, as well as being innovative and just a pleasure to watch :)
