  3. I can get an 8x10 rig ( 2 4x10 cabs) two heads, 5 way stand, pa system, lighting rig plus assorted props etc and 3 basses into my Honda jazz plus our sound man/ tech.

  7. I really enjoy my bass screamer. The eq is nice and useful. It also has the all important blend function. All in all a very useful pedal

  10. Tortex 1.14 for me. I also take a leaf from dimebags book and score each side with a Stanley knife. It really makes a huge difference to grip I have used the jazz 3 max grip and am pretty chuffed with them

Because of the style of what we do, we are a little limited in terms of venues ( classic rock /metal), When looking for new venues, I tend to spend some time online looking at gig listings of bands that play similar music as well as tapping up friends in other bands, and our drummist calls them and gives them the chat We have a pretty good success rate
  15. The chord bod 50 retails at £35 ish and is surprisingly good. Better than the odb3 IMO. The old dod bass overdrive, and bass grunge are also worth a look. they can be had relatively cheaply on eBay
