1. RIP big man - a genuine bass hero.
2. sold for £25 **new price** Hi, I have a as new Mooer Ensemble King - great condition, velcro on back - decent chorus http://www.bassfront...og-chorus-pedal - £28 delivered UK (in its box if I can find it).
3. SOLD Just got a new TC mini chorus, so don't need this, no issues. Decent pedal in perfect condition for a great price. hi, got a hardly used Mooer Mod Factory for sale - you know the deal - 11 "digital" modulation effects in a tiny pedal http://www.mooeraudi...Info.asp?id=121 - none are brilliant IMHO but this provides a simple, cheap multiFX option for a nano or micro board. Velcro on back this will come in its box, delivered to UK address for £30.
4. blown away by Slaves but still a cut above other dad rock specialists like Coldplay. I like Adam.
5. i use an old Viscount MIDI multi effects foot controller, which has a MIDI pedal function, connected to a Korg module. Very basic 1 octave pad, wash and occasional organ/brass blast. It really is a skill (which i dont have!) and if you are singing and using fx pedals too (which I am) then it can become a real challenge esp if you want to look cool on stage.
6. I have an East in my Marcus Miller - powerful, versatile as others have said. the worst I can say is I sometimes find it too much and sneak in a passive session. But that's just my preferences. John a pleasure to deal with.
7. his "what cha gonna do for me" is sublime
8. some good suggestions above - at various times depending on bass and set I have used touch of chorus, occasionally flange, rarely octaver, always compression and increasingly my TC HOF mini reverb with various toneprints (I love the size and functionality of the mini toneprint pedals).

Chorus?

hello, I use chorus frequently and the two best I have used are analogman http://www.analogman.com/clone.htm and Tech21 Bass Boost Chorus http://www.tech21nyc.com/products/effects/boostchorusbass.html - these are £120+ pedals. I moved to a nano board for most gigs and I sacrificed quite a bit of tone for a mooer ensemble king http://www.mooeraudio.com/en/ProductInfo.asp?id=27 which was OK, esp in the sort of rough and ready pub gigs I was playing, and was perfect in the micro casing.
11. as a fellow Edinburger I will def look out for you - good stuff ;-)
12. funny you say that, my mate https://soundcloud.com/strsgn just popped in yesterday all excited to say he was rushing off to grab a CZ101/1000? Not sure which but he was saying exact same as you. He's quite an 80's synth aficionado.
13.

no where near enough Zons on BC - along with a great rig, I salute you!

15. now an even better deal. Best of luck. Bump.
16. i have a wee workshop in the basement. It is as much a spiritual space of retreat as a creative space. I limit myself to demoing on laptop loaded Cubase through a very basic Native Instruments Session I/O and an Art tube pre. I have fun with my Maschine Mikro.
17.
My latest for metal band project
those pedals are fookin enormous (or you've got tiny feet?)
18. thanks, that's helpful - I confused things - I meant to say, do you need a Roland e-series or similar - not sure why I said Yamaha.
19. hiya mate, I was interested in a basic set of midi pedals. This is a good price but wonder whether they are too complicated. What do the switches on the top do? Are they easily assigned? Need a yamaha synth/module? Cheers, Rich
20. this has already been posted and caused a minor fuss as some responded "meh" and others "wow". Guy's a member here TorVic http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1
21.
Pretty sure I've posted my rig before but not looking this fine with my RD in front '69/'70 SVT / B25B / GS412 / V4 4x12 / 1979 Gibson RD Artist
that my friend is the pure essence of bass. I have doffed my chapeau in your direction.
22. OMG - just imagining me down the Dog and Duck with this. This deserves a very loving home. Best of luck.
