1. For me it has to be the old fireglo 4001's, or the classic sunburst & tort PG P bass.
2. That sound is real nice with the acoustic bass for that album, it complements the sound so well - helps that he plays quite tasteful and melodic lines along with Sean (who is a massively underrated drummer imo)
3. devastatingly loud cab for not many bucks, someone will have a piece of this action very soon methinks!!!
4. Particularly on "Nutshell".
5. how does he get that extremely sweet sound? Its a really lovely bass sound that suits the Unplugged set perfectly.
6. the SVT610HLF is the best cab ive ever - EVER - owned. Awesomely phat sound, it has wheels and skid rails and a bar on the top so its relatively easy to move around. I think they can chuck out 1200w peak if you really need it! You wont be disappointed with one of those bad boys.

9. sh1t the bed... thats a stunning bass Beeds.... glad you have found "the one" mate! Truly lovely thing. Id also like to second your experience with V&R. I found them to be very good when I bought my Les Paul bass, including after sales support when there was a little issue with the bridge that needed sorting. well done pal!

12.
Wath out for weight issues with later 70's P's. There's some monsters out there!
+1 to this, seriously. There's one in Angel Music that weighs about as much as an aircraft carrier, truly staggeringly heavy.
13. I must say ive been blown away by mine, after never having owned one since before last week in 15 years+ of playing. Versatile yet simple, effective in almost any situation. Everyone should have one!
