1. Sorry to hear that Bert;( My first ' big ' headlining gig I saw, was front row at hammy o ,highway to hell tour. I remember me and my friend bashing angus's leg with the tour programmes. I grabbed hold of Angus satchel( I was very young), dry ice coming out of it..then a roadie punched me in the face . I almost delayed Angus being carried around the venue on the roadies back. Saw them a couple of times after that; fly on the wall tour Wembley arena. Boring. You could see a cannon and a bell. Them days Wembley arena was grubby. Sound awful etc. saw them at donington . Metallica should've headlined , but insisted av/doc did . A DVD came out , but we thought they were rubbish. I think that, they should've stopped playing a few years ago tbh. Angus 's bum must be very wrinkly .
2. I've got a tabletop that you can have
3. Sorry to hear about it . Drummers and keys , hardest to find let alone replace . I wish you luck . Maybe , if you went to a few band jam nights and saw someone who played your kinda stuff. You could get talking .. Maybe the drummer from one of their bands has itchy feet etc.
4.
The guitarist shold have owned up. Receiving adverse criticism is not a comfortable experience but if you think you are any good at what you do, you should be able to accept the opinion of others, and know if it is justified or not. Maybe he didn't know he cocked up. That would be worrying.
+1 . if I were told I was doing something not right , I would accept it and try to rectify asap
5. Have you tried just using batteties. Also, the psu should be 9v. Having said that , you could take it to a music sop and test unit if youwere to buy a new psu. Btw do mot put batteries in unit while using mains
6. No idea im afraid. You could ask michael manring
7. I got mine brand new when it came out. Over time, i found the expression pedal git stiff and squeaky. Playing live, when switching fir a couple of bassic presets they ofyen got stuck and sounded badly distorted. Even when going through the presets , they ofyen get stuck. I would say get rid, or just use at home .
8. I guess all of the above, or boss me 50 b

15. Saw a few mins while channel hopping . Looked really good Never heard of them before .
16. Silly question ( haven't read all posts on here yet)!; I saw this being played on a 5 string on Joel's Holland programme. Does this mean , it would just be b -e-a-d-g with no drop turnings on any of the strings ?
17.
Think 'out of the box'..!
What a nice picture. Bump for Finn
18. Beware of the beard twitchers in the audience
19. Are they still playing ? Funny thing is, last year ( I think) Florence was on BBC red button doing an indoor gig, and tbh she was ok. Just thinking, a couple of bands who could've played Glastonbury as they are in the UK ; prim us and korn ! Even slip knot were here recently . Mind your, I detest BBC coverage of the smug presenters and smugness in general. They'd probably only show about 10 mins if that, and I'd never dream of going to Glastonbury
20. This thread is making me laugh
21.
I saw them in their prime on the Overkill (I think) tour around 1979. They are not great now, oh my god its a drum solo!
That made me laugh' omg it's a drum solo' Gotta be honest, I'm looking at what people are saying on here , before I eve n contemplate watching it . Saw them on the overkill/ bombed/ ace torus etc. They lost their way in the mid'80s. Rock 'n'roll tour / album awful. They played a blinder at donington ( ozxy headliner) . Awful at Wembley , and Hyde park last year. IMHO lemmy / Phil/ Eddie the essential . Having said that , Mickey dee is an awesome talent, and apparently manages Motörhead financially .
