I've got an unused set of [url="http://www.thomann.de/gb/dunlop_straplok_black_flush_mount.htm"]Dunlop flush mount strap locks[/url], in black. I didn't realise these were flush mount when I bought them, hence never being used. Looking for £12 posted within the UK. These are a complete set - both retainers & strap buttons.

Ok, I've had this for probably close to 10 years, but it's not actually been used that much. I stopped playing a while after I bought it, and it sat in a box ever since. When I started playing again, I bought a Boss ME-50B & used that instead, It's in pretty good condition - a scratch on the underneath, but that's about it. I believe they introduced string through on US models in 2008 - I bought my US precision that year & remember it was when they introduced a few new changes, that being one of them.

Howdy folks, Up for sale (only, sorry!) is a Westone Thunder 1A. Made in the 80's in Matsumoku, I don't think I need to say much more than that It's both active / passive, and has a wide range of sounds available as a result. I'm not sure what year it was born (if I can provide details to anyone to give it an age, let me know!). For the money, this is a fantastic bass - great sound, easy to play & feels like a well made instrument. [b]Condition:[/b] The bass is around 30 years old, and certainly looks it. There's various dings, chips & scratches. I've tried to photograph most of them / the worst. It's certainly a players bass & has some history, so if you're looking for one in immaculate condition I'm afraid it's not this. The reason I'm selling is I've had an opportunity to buy back a fretless I traded a little while ago, and this was bought mainly to try one out after hearing rave reviews from here. I bought it as a backup, but since acquired a JV Squier which meant that my US Fender P became the backup! I'm looking for [s]£140[/s] [b]£130 [/b]+ postage, which will include a [url="http://www.pmtonline.co.uk/stagg-economy-rectangular-bass-case.html"]Stagg hardcase[/url]. The hardcase has a few scratches on it, but is perfectly usable. I can provide pictures if required, but it's behind a TV stand & under the stairs so is a bit of a pain to get to! They look like the ones that came with my Lakland, which were I believe Schaller ones that were strap-lock ready. Hadn't seen them on a Fender before, that was all! Is this active only, or does it work passive?

Don't suppose you know what the fretboard radius is? Also, are those straplocks or original strap pins? (this one just out of curiosity!) Cheers

How do they feel to the fingers? Have you played the Rotosound black nylons? I tried them but thought they felt a bit too plastic-y for my linking. But I love the La Bellas on that JV...

Just another comment to say I played this at the SE bass bash too, and it was beautiful - extremely light! Was stupidly easy to play with beautifully low action. I hit the strings pretty hard so that's usually a problem for me, but with this it wasn't. Do it
