    Personally I'd go for a Trace head (150s are fine for most situations, anything bigger is ideal for starting nuclear wars) with a modern lightweight cabs. I used to have a VDK MNT 112 which was monstrous with my 150 and my 300w....your friends will love you for it too.

    Big fan of the brand - I'm not sure how these differ from the active 310/320s though... At this price shouldn't matter too much...ideal Xmas pressie to yourselves BTW👍 GLWTS

    I use the Status ones. They don't have the long scale in stock but the medium scale are ideal for 2+2 headstocked (is that even a word??) basses - OK, Basses with 2+2 headstocks. Available in 40 and 45 gauge - I have a couple of sets ready to be used. Ring Dawn at Status with any enquiries.
