Probably less expensive than printing labels, over time. The smart-phone labels need printing, too. If small superettes use LCD, I presume it's not too onerous (I could be wrong...). There are dozens of formats, for the display of most item prices, whatever the commerce.
  3. Aye, I'm only stating fact. I used HD ages after HX - only recently sold my 500x. And it can be annoying that they keep updating. I've got my sound 'exactly how I want it' a few times then been drawn in to change it after an update dropped.
  4. Raising cash so up for sale is IMHO one of the finest tracking octavers available for bass. It has two distinct octave voices a Growl which replicates the toothy synth tone of an OC2 and a Girth which is smooth and deep like an EBS octabass/octamizer. You can get subtle variations from mixing the two. It also has a switchable mid boost/cut on the clean tone which can be adjusted internally, very handy. Usual small MXR enclosure with fantastic build quality. Its in great condition and a beautiful deep blue sparkle. No box, but will be well packed. (Note- the A sticker will be removed and cleaned, ive a two channel setup and kept mixing them up 🤣) £90 posted to UK only
  5. And I thought it was all a scam......obviously not. I'll buy myself a ticket immediately!

I am unsure of the costs of such a system, especially integrating with a guitar hangar ?
  7. From what I saw in the presentation, there's a DAW-like view for song stems that you can freely mix as you see fit. I think I saw a separate mixer feature as well for all the ins and outs. I assume you would be able to assign stem tracks to different outputs to make this feature truly useful.
  8. superb thank you I'll get one for my incoming HW 4003

This is done using LCD labels, updated from a hand-held controller. No need for printing, these days.
  10. Didn't Gear4Music hoover up all the GAK stock too? I know they are probably getting it all at a bargain price but wonder if they will be able to shift it all!
  11. Great score and a great bass. Enjoy!
  12. £75 each is reasonable if they work, or even as a source of replacement speakers for repairs...
  13. what does it need?
  14. But the old devices don't stop working. I was using a Bass Pod XT until I bought my Helix, which was bought on the strength of the features it had at the time of purchase. The firmware upgrades since then have just been a pleasant bonus. Unless/until the new Stadium version offers new features that I find indispensable, I'll be sticking with my Helix Floor
  15. I redrafted the sentence and then forgot to delete the word I moved. 😆
  16. If you can find one - a G&L Tribute LB-100 or SB-2
  17. GLWTS, I tried one of these at Ashdown HQ, was blown away by how good it was.
  18. Yes I will be selling the whole board. Listings to follow!
  19. I pulled this as the new price has dropped below £500 now. However, on reflection I think £600 for the amp in mint condition, plus the bluetooth adapter, footswitch and carry bag is still a good deal, so it's back up again.
  20. Think this looks fab, unfortunately out of my range right now so have a bump on me
  21. This is a custom made and quite incredible Andy Manner bass. Andy is based in Corsham and has built bases for the late great John Entwistle. An amateur he is not. It has a SIMS made neck with leds. Electronics are Status and it comes with the world’s heaviest and best custom made hard case. The neck is pencil thin and the craftwork is exceptional. The bass works amazing well and is unique. It sounds epic. It’s for sale at an incredible £550 Why? Well, I bought this a few months ago at Gardiner Houlgate for around this sum (after fees) and have paid for some setup work. I used it on a few festival gigs but is now surplus to requirements. The new cost would have been thousands but I believe in a Basschat bargain. This is strictly collection only. The flight case and bass are oversized and weigh around 40kg. Bass is around 5kg.

  22. Worth checking out the Vintage V4 basses, especially the Tony Butler Sig (providing you like black/maple of course). They`re great basses that punch far above their weight.
  23. I found @Hellzero's comments helpful. I knew that there were two "generations" of the AFR, but didn't know how to tell them apart. (Or indeed, which generation this instrument belonged to.) The fact that Hellzero refers to this model (and not the earlier one) as the "best designed bass ever" increases my GAS for this particular sale. Good luck with the sale. They don't come up often, and I expect someone will be on this very soon!
  24. They have 'history' with this sort of upgrade. When they went from HD to HX (albeit a big step forward, support for HD stopped pretty quickly.
  25. I don't think there is limit to ads. but with too many ads you can be considered as spam. by the way about which platform you are asking so the reply may be accurate.
