ok i have an idea tea has now gone up again, by about 10% so i was thinking..... if i take say 10% of tea out of the tea bag and say another 5% for time loss wear and tare on the scissors and other such expenses i think i can offer the free teabag again, but a bit lighter. so maybe drink it out of a small tea cup rather than a mug. electric has also gone up so it will have to be cold water untill electric goes down. im not too sure how much the water will be for the cup ? i will measure one out and clock the water meter this of course is an added expense you will have already paid for as part of the 5% tea tariff so please do not worry about that. you can of course bring your own hot water in a flask, in which case i will reimburse with a few crumbs of tea from the 5% back into the teabag. Yea i think this could work.

Yes I agree, the footprint is relatively small. However, when our drummer sees the Three10 with a vintage 400RB on top, his eyes light up and he sees it as an opportunity to hit a bit harder. So I take a rig commensurate with the size of the room, and it keeps the drummer at a reasonable level. It's odd, I know, but you haven't met our drummer (he's a great drummer btw). The first time I took a One10 instead, it was amazing how much quieter he played.

Welcome to the world of bass. As has already been said - try as many as you can... they can differ so much from one another, and the same models can even play very differently when set up in a different way (or not properly).

I don't think you'd call it virtuoso playing, but I've always really liked Gabe Nelson's stuff on Cake's 1998 album Fashion Nugget. The band's arrangements are deliberately sparse and clean, and Nelson's bass always sits alongside the interlocking guitar and horn parts, rather than just being a rumbling noise underneath them. "Let Me Go" is a particularly good example, with a wonderfully bouncy, gappy bass line and the two very distinct guitar parts.

For me, this is what I meant by the guy suggesting you should draw your own conclusions from the video. Without playing the pedal, its very hard to get a feel from what tracking and latency issues they may have, as what your eyes see or ears hear are only as important as how it responds to your attack.
-
-
Ah latency and tracking are very much intertwined, so all good! Are there particular timestamps on the video you could helpfully point to for us, so we can get a better idea of what you are referring to?

Some great bass playing by Dee Murray on a live Elton John album called 17-11-70. It was recorded when they were just a trio (Elton, drums and bass) in America really early on, so no big Elton hits yet, but some really fiery, tight interaction of the three instruments with plenty of room to explore.
