  1. Past hour
  2. Hi all, sorry for delayed reply. Yes, full scale length (just over 41" 3/4 scale). Retired last year and not really gigged for 'a while' Happy to drive a bit if that helps anyone.
  3. Following with great interest. 😊
  4. I was trying to find a photo from a recent gig which is the only one where we all wore shorts, but there appears to be no photographic evidence. Probably just as well. In our defence, it was ridiculously hot.
  5. They are all pants. Hate them. For an insight into how some of these systems “work”, look up the Maxxbass plugin… the thing is, that still requires **some** bass to work. Not so hot when you’ve high passed all the bass out of your speakers already. Some venues just arent cut out for live music. What these venues should be doing is, is running a band through a silent disco setup and selling that as quirky feature. Neighbours not complaining about noise, the oldies can talk and everybody else can hear how your band doesn’t sound as good as the band thinks it does! 😛
  6. Thanks so much! I just googled it and I guess I found the wrong info. 🙏 🙏 🙏
  7. Is that the one you’re doing for Barbie?
  8. Thanks so much! I just googled it and I guess I found the wrong info. 🙏 🙏 🙏
  9. Roll Of The Dice - Springsteen
  10. Thanks mate!!! You got a legendary bass from a legendary member. They are very special instruments. It's the best looking bass I have with the best color, it's not easy to let it go but I'm not using it at all
  11. Just a few corrections. Semiparametric eq - 3 way selector 0, ±15 dB (mini toggle) - frequency selector 80 - 5200 Hz (pot) Neck: Carbon fiber with a modern C profile. Pickups: Benedetti single-coil. Electronics: (where did this come from?) Scale Length: 860 mm
  12. The neck doesn't look twisted, but could a low nut slot cause buzz on fretted notes?if so I'll check.what would be an ideal clearance for the D string at the first fret?
  13. Today
  14. How about these? https://northwestguitars.co.uk/collections/screws-fixings-1/products/12-x-scratchplate-pickguard-screws-3-0mm-x-12mm12-x-scratchplate-pickguard-ccrews-3-0mm-x-12mm
  15. PS. Also comes with original toilet seat pick guard.
  16. I have to say, that's far and away my favourite bass distortion pedal ever, and I've used lots. It was the first stompbox on my board and it's the only original one still left. Never stopped using it lots.
  17. Lucky Seven - Chris Squire
  18. I once got chastised by John Hall on Facebook. I took it like a man.
  19. It had the adjust-a-nut-1 on it, and when I asked on the Warwick forum about detuning it, I was told that one of the screws would need to be replaced to accommodate the thicker string, so Warwick sent me one at no charge. Once it was set up for the lower tension of the new strings, it played very well and sounded very good, so I tried to stay with Warwick for the 5-string upgrade. David
  20. I’ve had the 4 and 5 of these. Marvellous basses.
  21. Final price drop, now £1600
  22. Have you got a Sidewinder speaker in there? 😎
