Hey Rob, Thx..i have to say there is nothing "proper" about my CNC setup but it works for me, i used to build "by hand" CNC isn't really much faster as you do a lot more work up front but i think the results are much better ! I'll see about posting something in the builds log so as to not clog up this thread (mods please re/move this post if you need/want) the above body is a 27" baritone headless guitar!...Build has somewhat stalled due to a recent death in the family but im hopping to restart things this week I do also have a 5 string SC headless 32" scale BASS (also unfinished) So ppl might have seen these over at sevenstring.org where i mostly post my builds, but for months now i can't even load the site to login there.... Cheers Gizmo

Yes, I would imagine so. It's not in danger of turning into a singularity any time soon...

I do like your CNC machine and workshop with extractor fans and the like properly set out. Mmm.... Perhaps one day. Never seen the printable fan before and sadly it won't fit on my trim router as the vertical adjustment closes everything off, but I think the idea is great. I'd love to see more on the making of what appears to be a six string headless. Rob

Then you must be a fan if Igorrr. They're so weird they make Primus sound like Michael Buble Weird but very clever -
I take basic tools with me and my bass soft cases have the respective allan keys in the pockets but i always take a spare bass if one fails. I've had to adjust the E string saddle on my MIM P bass once but it was because the saddle screws were very loose and dropping the saddle. I replaced the full bridge on it. Dave

And correction...someone has obviously shielded the whole of the inside which would imply the pickup has been changed, but its the way the shielding overspills the cavity....I don't think it has been re-routed, judging by mine

I had a resin printer for a few years(mostly for mini's/warhammer stuff) Bit im finding the FDM to be a much more practical buy/tool One of my fav print so far has been these ER collet chip/dust clearing fans https://www.printables.com/model/420575-er11-a-collet-nut-fan they work so well that i was able to remove the dust boot and just vac every once in a while or at the end of the cut.

Thick and chunky. I was careful to put it in the same place with regard to scale length as it would be on a T-40.
