  1. Past hour
  2. Sole Only - The Police (again)
  3. Your finish looks great to me. Lovely colour too. I tend to prefer Nitro or hand stained finishes on Jazzes, as they always sound completely different. It's as if the nitro allows the body wood to 'speak' and resonate.
  4. Hi Phil, the ZARs are a little bulkier - see pic: The IEM (in ear monitors) Bible thread - Page 53 You'll read that a few others also upgraded to the ZARs following my tip-off, and generally found the move positive (or at worst neutral): "I have to say that since upgrading to the KZ ZAR's, I find the listening experience altogether more enjoyable." - acidbass "I did gigs the last two Saturdays with them and on those gigs, specifically the last gig, my in ear sound was the best I have had. In fact it was the best on stage sound I have had full stop and as a result I felt I played better because I was so into the sound I was getting." - Woody
  5. It has be tied to an individual unless the band is its own legal entity (ie a limited company etc). But it can be a business account that is “person name trading as band name”.
  6. In the last 3/4 years. I’ve opened a couple of accounts with different app-based banks, it couldn’t have been simpler or more streamlined.
  7. Masterbuilt for the price of normal thumb, what a beauty!
  8. Fantastic Jazz Bass from Mayones. It is upgraded with Seymour Duncan pickups and a Sadowsky preamp. Original 2 band Mayones preamp is included. It weighs something around 4.3 kg. Balances perfectly. Action can go as low as you want without buzz. Fantastic professional grade jazz bass. I am located in Netherlands. Can ship within EU. I had many deals on this forum without issues.

  10. Is that a personal account in one person's name?
  11. im your cod now - machine head
  12. Ray Stevens - Just For The Halibut (from Cannonball Run).
  13. Prawn in the USA - Bruce Springsteen Surely that should be Salmon Dave..?
  14. How long ago? When I got an XE account 10 or more years ago it was DL, Passport and multiple utility bills.
  15. Selling my Ibanez ATK300. This is one of the made in Japan ones and serial number puts it at 1994. Great active bass, currently stringed with labella flats. Brilliant bass, I have a new bass on the way so this one has to go. Quite a lot of marks, chips and dings all over it but. it is over 30 years old. The neck has some dings on the back of it which I have never had issues with. This is in no way pristine which I have reflected (hopefully) in the lower price than ones I could see (MIJ) having sold on here previously. Collection only, as I don't have anything to pack it and post it. £250

  16. Trades? Something might get my attention!
  17. Selling my SVT-CL, glorious sounding amp but I haven't needed to use it much over the past year. All works flawlessly and come with a cover (has a lot of marks on it) This has a few knock marks which I've tried to show in the pictures but nothing that affects performance. it is nearly 20 years old. This is a US Built one and the serial number puts it at Feb 2007 which would make it one of the last ones built in the US before manufacturing moved. Collection only as this is a heavy bit of iron with valves! Collection from Sandy, Bedfordshire. £850

  19. Ling Tall Sally - Little Richard
  20. Where are you based? There are a few cheap ones for auction at Gardiner Houlgate tomorrow. That’s Corsham. If I had one I’d lend it to you y til you got better, but sadly I don’t.
  21. Gneiss in Nice - Stranglers
  22. At a recent jam my TE 300W at 1/4 into an Ashdown 4x10 matched the loudness of the drummer. At a previous one my Markbass 500W into two 1x10 wasn't loud enough.
