How was Your rehearsal last morning or night ?
Dad3353 replied to nilorius's topic in General Discussion
I took down my bass from the wall behind me, and spent a good ten minutes trying it out 'your way', until it finally clicked what the 'issue' was. I wondered for a while exactly how you were tuning your basses to get those notes, but then the 'light bulb' moment came, and all became clear. I don't know who's the dafter of us two, you or me..! -
Bought it on the way down the road to the SW Bass Bash on Saturday. Tried it out in the Guitarguitar in Birmingham and really liked it so I decided to carpe that diem - not getting any younger! Was too busy to do anything with it until I got home on the Monday - played around with it on the Monday night, put it on the board (replacing the TC Electronic Brainwaves) last night so I thought I should issue this update in the thread where people care about such things

Ridiculous. I made a JJ Mustang from a Bronco for less than half that price. Ok, the MIJ one has better pickups, hardware, electronics and general workmanship, but apart from that..

Wish I could get a rehearsal. For the past 2 years I've done nothing but gigs where I'm sent a set list on Whatsapp a few days before and everything is on a wing and a prayer. -

See... you know what I mean. -
I am 8 minutes into transcribing a 10.45 Dave Holland tune and have dropped a beat in the middle of his two chorus bass solo. It's all over the place and I can't find where I have gone wrong. It's driving me nuts.

I very much like the design and the sound, though I could never afford the price!
-
Enjoy the new 5! I'd recommend a High Pass Filter if you don't already use one.

Pedalboard iteration number who knows...

I had one for a brief period, moved it on to someone here who had been yearning for one for some years - maybe he'll chip in. They are nice, more organic sounding than the Hohner B2 range.

The Immerse is seriously good! I have the older version and it rocked. I not have Wet V4. Neunaber really do make the best reverb for bass! This trumps my Source Audio Collider and even the Iron Ether Nimbus on bass IMO. Super cool little board.
