Not had a chance to check it out fully yet but I'll report back if anything untoward occurs.

Finally got an answer to this problem from Line 6. Seems like it is a known software bug which the development team are aware of. It would appear that this has been known about for quite some time but they have done nothing about it. Their suggestion was to try a different PC, so I instlled the software onto Mrs OBBM's laptop and it worked just fine. My HX One is now up to date. 🙂

Love playing that on bass. We do this in my main band where im not on bass, and the bass player plays the verses back to front. Won't have it that its wrong, because 'no one has ever said anything' 🤔

Do you have any problems with noise? I often find that using a digital pedal on that same supply as analogue pedals can induce noise on the power lines.

My work here is done - for now. Having considered putting an HX Stomp on my board I finally opted for an HX One on the basis that I rarely use effects and then only one at a time. Also swapped out the Mooer baby tuner for a Boss TU-2. It all runs from a battery.

How was Your rehearsal last morning or night ?

I've played thru a couple of Hartke rigs over the years. Best was an LH500 head into 2off 15" cabs with the aluminium style speakers and it had an amazing bite to the tone. Not harsh but just a sharp grinding type edge. Its hard to explain but it was a cracking tone. At a rehearsal i once had same head thru a Hartke 410 cab again with the aluminium speakers and again it was very nice. Both had a decent depth of tone too. Never tried the HA range of heads tho. Once bought the Kilo head when they came out but it was faulty on arrival and seemed to be an issue with them so it was returned to Thomann who were excellent but i lost money because of the exchange rates etc. That put me off Hartke as their customer service didn't reply at all when i had the issue. Have to admit i was impressed with the tones i got from them. Dave -
It does look like a nice bass, but the 44mm nut is not for me I'm afraid. It also makes the '73 I picked up last Tuesday seem like a real bargain, which has brightened my morning, thank you. Rob

As I said, this is an old clip done on v3. V4 has hugely improved tracking by comparison, and also has the ability to switch tracking priority modes. There are further improvements in the pipeline too. Octaves will always present a problem to any pitch-detection system as an octave above the fundamental (2nd harmonic) is always strongly present in most real-world instruments.

I wanted a Metroline with a vintage body and a 24 fret neck. They didn’t do this in left handed so it had to be a custom order. At the time they quoted a timescale just over three years. I’d expected to receive the bass in February and it finally arrived in July. I ordered through Wunjo who were superb throughout the entire process.

Sweet home Alabama, dreams (fleet wood Mac version), Dakota, sanctuary it's only open mic night version, fortunately and fairly basic compared to you lot. Sadly available time for practice means only fairly simple songs

Just been given a set list with 22 songs I've never played. Nothing too hard though so should be OK. Shame, I was enjoying getting to grips with Aqualung (Jethro Tull). One of my most favoritest bass lines ever. Think it was Jerrfey Hammond Hammond who played it (and I don't think he was even a bass player) although happy to be corrected. Love when it kicks in around 2.20.
